The rental setup didn't take long at all and all of our questions were answered. It was nice to get a ride on the golf cart instead of walking all the way in the back where the trucks were. “Good morning!Where do I start about the amazing staff located at 701 Devika Dr Grovetown Ga?That's just the point, I don't know where to start.. because my experience has been absolutely phenomenal!!! For starters Mariah Boyd has left a lasting impression on me! Due to her contagious smile, outgoing personality, and going above and beyond to see to it that the customer (Myself) is satisfied and accommodated! I could go on and on for the sake of this long email lol I'll keep it short and brief.. also I can't forget about the outstanding young lady who saw me walking from one of my properties after locking my keys inside the house, went out of her way to drive me back home when there were no rentals available, without me even asking..all I could say was Wow!?I've called countless of times in need of a rental and was told none was available at the times I've needed it,(My fault last minute requested)But management and staff went above and beyond to meet my needs.. this is why me and my company will continue to do business at Enterprise in particular this location.. I wish I could remember all the names of the different staff members who were amazing as well, you know who you are.. keep up the great work Mariah!!?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ keep being a trailblazer!! “I've rented from this location quite a few times over many years, and unlike many of the other reviews, it's pretty much always been a good experience. I've always received good customer service from staff and the manager/owner, never have had any issues with the cars on a trip, and have no issues with returns. Usually, Im renting either a small car for a quick beach trip with a friend or a minivan for long family road trips. Once, and not most recently, I wasn't able to pick up a minivan I reserved, but they did offer an alternative. It just wasn't roomy enough for our family for such a long trip. Again, they did attempt to offer an alternative, however. I always rent with a credit card vs. debit, and as with any rental business , it makes the process easier. Things I do no matter where I rent from: pay attention to your receipt/agreement for possible errors, take pictures of the gas & mileage before/after, do a quick walk around the vehicle in case you note substantial damage you dont want to be responsible for, wipe down the inside for your own cleanliness/comfort. I had an error noted on the gas this return, and the manager was very pleasant and, after some quick research, corrected it without any hassle. Years ago, I received a minivan in error that hadn't been "turned around"/cleaned properly. I didn't notice until I got home and started my wipe down process. It wasn't a deal breaker, but I did mention it on my return when asked, "How was everything?". The manager was very apologetic and either offered a discount on that rental or my next one (I can't remember for sure and wouldn't want to lie), but I remembered being offered it because I was surprised. So, not to invalidate other reviews, but I personally will continue to rent from this location when needed at this time based on my experiences. No place is perfect, so my honest rating would be 4.5 , but that's not an option, so I opted for the full five stars.”

I did not have a reservation with Avis but he took the time to check rentals and found me a car for the weekend! I want to thank him for his exceptional service. “Went to Alamo first... Holy disaster Batman. I was stuck in Atlanta with no way to see my first born grandson. Their service was horrible and the lady was mean. I was in dispare from traveling all day. But then I looked up...What's that in the sky... Is it a bird....or a plane....no, it's Hertz, making car rentals easy as 1, 2, 3. Returns made easy as well. By the end of the day, I had my grandson in my arms. All's well that ends in Hertz.”
