This is my neighborhood store. There are a lot of new faces, however, it's my neighborhood store.
Original post 2020-I don't like that the mask mandate isn't enforced.
The employees are nice. It's kind of pricey but the meat department is excellent! I enjoy the seafood department. It never smells, and that lady is so very helpful and knowledgeable.
I really like Joseph and Anika... so helpful and personable.
I just wish they'd make more effort to enforce the mask mandate.”

“This location is blessed to have a staff member that far exceeds their role as an employee. I am a parent of a son that has been in search of a much needed medication for more that 4months. After calling several pharmacies on a weekly basis, I finally spoke to Aiyanna at this Walgreens. She was caring and understanding of my concerns. She worked tirelessly with my doctor's office and insurance company to ensure my son had his prescription. She was extraordinary in helping keep this mother informed and calm in a stressfully situation. Thank you Ms.Aiyanna for your exceptional customer service you were a blessing.”
“It's a pretty store. The usual publix. I don't they can really be blamed for their hiring decisions at this point in society. Dudes that all have the same assumed persona of too good for the job and talking loudly to themselves or joking with someone 15 feet away while 5 or 6 customers are waiting or in earshot. It's weird but I think it's just the new 25 and under "cool"”

“This review is just for the pharmacy section. Brandy is the best! She is super sweet and makes her customers feel welcomed. I came in here with my friend & she knew all of my friend's info and they chatted like they were friends. I was pleasantly surprised. I joked around with her & she joked back with me. I love it!! She was professional but also relatable which makes you want to talk to her more. My friend lives around the area & there's other places she can go to for her prescriptions, but she will only go to this Walgreens location because of how nice Brandy is. Isn't that wonderful to hear!?”

“I never have a problem coming to this pharmacy or having my prescriptions filled here. The staff is always polite when we come into contact, and they get it filled quickly. i have run into a few instances where my doctor told me it would be filled at a certain time, i go to pick it up, and it’s not filled but i’m not worried about that as I know the world doesn’t revolve around me. Talked to Justin on the phone today, I was a little bummed about my order status because i wasn’t feeling good at all and he told me a time my prescription would be ready and that’s exactly when it was ready!! He was very personable, never cut me off, and I left a satisfied customer (as always).”

“Much better since during Covid Crisis. Tip: For refills, download the app. You’ll need one password to open the app and another to get to your Prescriptions. The system will allow you to put the refill order days in advance of when the refill is authorized based on the prescription from your Provider. This will give the Pharmacist a heads up in case they are out of stock. Then they can order the prescribed medicine from the distribution site, and more than likely receive it in time to fill it on time. As availability on some medications is shrinking due to logistics with a squeeze on the US distribution systems, I'm guessing they can fulfill individual pharmacy needs by keeping excess stock in the distribution center rather than having each Pharmacy location carrying extra stock.”
“Meet the nicest Black Man while he was doing his Honey-do list! I was looking for some body wash and he was picking up his wife some Body wash that she uses. He asked if I would like to smell it. It smelled wonderful.. he gave me one of the bottles so I can try it. Thank you to this man. Spread kindness around!”

“Good location. Has many specials but some items seem overpriced. I love the app that helps you find specials. I would recommend to preplan your specials. The self check out system is not that great. Any movement you do wrong the team member has to verify if any “theft” was done. Which is great to prevent shop lifting but delays the shopping experience.”

“Inarrived at Walgreens at closing time to pick up a much needed prescription for my husband. Initially the Pharmacist stated that it would not be available until tomorrow because the prescription was sent from the Urgent Care Clinic too late. I explained the situation and she filled it immediately. Thank you for going above and beyond!”
“Travis, the manager, was super helpful! We were looking for a BlendJet 2 and were finally able to track down one at this store. He was kind and jumped right in to help us when one of the associates was unsure of where to locate the item. He even offered to check the stock of surrounding stores if we were not happy with the color.”

“I promise you I like Publix, but the prices are just too rich for my blood. As a Caterer and home based baker, I shop all over the city for food and the prices at Publix are always a dollar or more expensive for the same products. Nice store...pleasant people, but at today's grocery prices I just can't afford to pay even more for groceries than I already do.”
