“My daughter had an ear infection and had a prescription called into the Walgreens 278 location the Wednesday before Christmas. I was told it was out of stock, but would be in the next morning. After not hearing from the store the next morning, I called and waited on hold for 35 minutes to be told it wouldn’t be in stock for 5 days. The employee told me she couldn’t help me check if other Walgreens locations had it. I called this Walgreens and Roberta picked up my call. She didn’t have the medicine in her store either, but she checked the system and found it at another nearby Walgreens location for me. She placed me on a brief hold, called the location to confirm they had it, and told them to fill it for me. I received confirmation that it was ready within an hour. Roberta deserves a raise or a promotion. She was incredibly helpful, efficient, and kind. I am so grateful she picked up my call and helped me get relief for my baby.”
