“A lot of mattresses to choose from. The people who worked here were pretty helpful when explaining the type of mattress that would work for both my husband and I. I understand they are salesmen but they literally just tried to keep us on the side of the store with all the mattresses that were $4000 and up. Didn’t give me a chance to really walk around and check out all of the mattresses. Felt like the salesperson was dragging me around on the expensive side. We also picked out some pillows but they were sold out and then we picked out two others that were also sold out. Was pretty frustrating. Shouldn’t put out pillows that aren’t available for purchase.”

When I had questions about financing, he introduced me to the manager Torrey, who went above and beyond. Unlike two other stores I visited, Torrey devised a way for me to hold my furniture until my closing date, allowing me to either finance or pay in cash.
When the closing date arrived, Torrey was at another location, but he ensured I was taken care of. He coordinated with another manager to make sure everything was in order, staying on the phone with me throughout the process to confirm that my order was perfect. I truly appreciate the exceptional service and support I received. Highly recommend this store!”
