Older post: Mark and the service staff were all phenomenal!!! Exceptional service. I felt Mark was very honest. I came from Express Oil after my daughter’s VW developed an oil leak (noticed within a few days) after an oil change. I went back for them to correct the issue and they denied it was related. ( I had been going there for 4 yrs but all the staff has changed there)They wanted me to let them do a diagnostic for $150 then cut it in half to $75 ( would not apply to repair) I called your business while trying to decide and Mark said come on in and he would just look for free. It was a wrong oil plug! Your staff replaced it with the correct one, cleaned the engine and replaced the oil. Fixed it for $90 while I waited. So thankful and very trustworthy in my book!! We will be back as needed.”
