He handled many customers while we were there so we got handed over to Christian who finished up like a champ. Mission complete. Thanks guys.”

“I have two Cadillac Brougham both with stereo systems installed by Jason and his crew. Today I went to Duluth and met more great people all of the same ilk, all determined to give me what I want. I plan to come back as opportunity and need present. Do not be afraid, everybody gets the jitters first time around, As much as you wish to be satisfied, they wish it more. I give 100%.”

“I've only been to this Target a few times but man was I IMPRESSED!! I had barely been in the store and was walking towards health and beauty when an employee asked if I needed help finding anything to which I replied I found it. This store should be a MODEL for ALL TARGET STORES....It was clean, well lit and the employee making the closing reminders was SO ENTHUSIASTIC AND CHEERFUL IT MADE MY NIGHT!! I was at Perimeter and what a Filthy and poorly maintained building!! There were Orange Cones taking up a Broad Swath near the restroom where the floor was under repair and ditto in the men's room. I used the family restry and felt I needed a Tetanus Shot.....It was That Bad and the toilet was disgusting!! Unfortunately that store is more convenient but whenever I'm out this way you can bet I'm coming here for sure!! Keep up the Great Job!! Cleanest Target I've EVER BEEN IN!!!”

“Like this Target store, especially after the renovation :) It’s always neat and tidy and there are team members visible most of the time . Update 11/15/25 - team members seem to be taking guests for granted. I waited patiently for a pickup for more than 15 minutes with no response or acknowledgment since there were other guests waiting as well. There is no order near guest services. The girl who went to get my pickup was told to get 3 more through walkie. That’s fine. But when I asked to speak to a TL or ETL, I was brushed aside. Good luck to the guests during the upcoming holidays! Update 03/08/26 - Doing better with different associates during newer people ant guest services.”

Thank you, Iris, for making the experience so easy and pleasant!”

“This is just a review for the wonderful staff in the electronics/media section.I had a terrible experience at another Target when the website said there was plenty of stock of a CD but the staff refused to check in the back for me because they keep everything in the back and not on the shelves. He had a terrible attitude. I came to this location after and the young woman staff asked me if I needed any help as soon as she spotted me. I asked for some help finding the CD and she immediately said she knew what I was asking for and would grab it from the back. I finally got my CD.I didn't get her name but thank you for the help and wonderful experience after I was so upset at another Target.”

“A master of his craft! Roger got my 1962 magnavox record console working like new! Dropped it off and he had capacitors replaced, turntable functioning, and speakers working in a couple days. He even provided me with copies of the original wiring manuals. I called half a dozen places in Atlanta, but all were too busy or lacked experience with vintage audio equipment. So glad I found Roger! It was well worth the drive to Alpharetta. Couldn't be happier!”

“I want to comment on the excellent customer service experience I had yesterday with team members Bryce & Ben. Both went above and beyond to assist me with an App order that had surprisingly been cancelled due to a food item closing the pickup window after 24 hours. Bryce and Ben were kind and professional. They were determined to make my experience at Target Suwanee a pleasant one.”
