“Jay and Eveline are the greatest sales people I've ever met in the phone business. Metro by TMobile has the greatest service because their network doesn't go down like other networks. There coverage area is larger cuz they have more cell towers. They also have larger data hot spots than most networks. I'm a loyal customer so I wouldn't ever leave them unless Trump bought them!!. Go see Jay oe Eveline today and tell them the Jesuslady sent you!!”

“If there were 10 stars I would award them all to Scott at the Roswell Verizon Cellular Sales store at 680 Holcomb Bridge. He listened to my problem which was complex, coordinated resolution with Verizon employees in other locations, stayed until problem was resolved (a couple of hours past his shift end on a Friday night!) and was patient, respectful, and good humored with everyone involved in a frustrating process. Because of his perseverance, knowledge, and people skills the issue was ultimately resolved to my satisfaction. Since that resulted in the need to repurchase the IPad and IPhone I originally bought online, Scott was able to get me a much better deal than I had obtained. Again, his knowledge proved invaluable. The end result - he turned a very disgruntled customer who earlier in the day had threatened to end her 21 yer relationship with Verizon into a more than satisfied customer!”

“Great experience with Tito and gang! Tito spent a couple hours switching me from a different carrier that I had a less than pleasant experience with. He hooked me up with a new plan and was able to get everyone on my plan a brand new iPhone without charging me more than I was paying before. I walked out with a plan I was extremely happy with that day and most importantly he was never pushy (aka trying to sell me things I didn’t need). My experience at this Verizon with Scott’s excellent customer service was the definition of a five star experience. Also to be noted, the other sales reps on staff that day were also very nice and encouraging. I shared some artistic goals with one of them and he made me feel seen and heard. “I just got a new phone. I came to the Crabapple store, and somehow, I couldn't get into my phone ( I was messing around with my settings) ? of course, I was freaking out! The store was open, but the door was locked, Nick was having his break, was in his car, and saw me. Came up to me, ON HIS OWN TIME, and fixed my phone so I could get in and use it.Outstanding service and a very kind, respectful young man! “Wonderful experience at Ameritel in Johns Creek. Angel is a gem and very knowledgeable on the phone accessories and the repair services he provides. He helped us pick out a brand new iPhone case and a case for my air pods! We also got a brand new screen protector. Everything was under $40. It was super affordable and you honestly can’t beat these prices.”
“We upgraded to the new iPhone 14, the phones were mailed to us, and when we received them we could not get our cellular service to switch from the old phone to the new phone via the new eSIM. We drove up to the T-Mobile store and met Paul, who resolved all our issues in under 15 minutes. He was kind, he was thorough, and he explained everything so we understood what was wrong. Then he proceeded to fix the other phone that wasn’t even present! Great experience! I highly recommend this T-Mobile store as we have been to the one in Canton (Canton Marketplace) and they gave me misinformation and were not very helpful. We will be going to the store from here on out!”
