Ty went over and above today to fix some billing issues for our 5 phones. Customer service goes a long way in my book and this store will deliver what is missing too much these days. If there is an issue, they will reach out and make sure it is fixed.

We updated our old iPhones at this Verizon store and were very pleased with the process. Kameron was extremely helpful, patient, and pleasant while detailing selections of phone, cases, and cables and performing the transfers to the new phones!
