“By far the best experience Ive had when visiting an AT&T store. They’re smaller than the one off Marketplace Blvd, but 100 times kinder and more interested in looking at you like a human and then helping you with your issues. Over the years the store on marketplace Boulevard has become worse in different ways. I hope little stores like this one stand a chance and get credit where credit’s due.
This store spoke to me instead of making me sign in on an iPad and wait even when the store was empty.
They talked to me and seemed to care about addressing the issues I had and needed help with.”

Went to the Costco at Perimeter and even though the representatives were nice enough, we had to speak with customer service. Instead of driving back and getting stuck in rush hour, knowing that Ewan wasn't going to be at work, I decided to call the store and see if I could be seen again.
I spoke with Raymond who told me to ask for him when I got there. Back in tow, my husband and 4.5 month old were helped almost immediately. The store manager (I believe his name was Andrew, if not I apologize!) came and apologized for the poor service I had received the day before. My experience today was night and day to last night. We switched over and got the Experience Beyond package. I do well with sales people who are not pushy and Raymond was fantastic.
Changing my review from a 1 star to 5 star solely from today's interaction.

Came in yesterday with an hour and a half before the store closes. Speak with EWAN and was told to put our number down. We’d get a call when ready. We wait and wait. He’s still with the same customer- no problem. Then when I ask my husband to check back in with him because the store was going to close in less than 20 minutes, EWAN says that we will need to come back tomorrow. If we never asked he wouldn’t have said anything despite waiting there the entire time. We came back to check on his progress quite a few times and nothing made him think to say “hey tell these people I can’t service them today…”
So we ask what time to come back in tomorrow he says any time, but it’s best to come at 1 or maybe 2. We ask about whether he or another person would be working he says it’s him then he says he doesn’t know then he says it’s someone else…SIR YOU DON’T KNOW IF YOU’RE WORKING TOMORROW??? IN RETAIL SALES?
The guy was terrible, his customer service sucks and that Costco overall was just bad. The inventory was nice but the people who work there are off.”

I spent 5–6 months trying to resolve a major, complicated issue over the phone and at eight different T-Mobile stores across Georgia, and every single attempt failed to get it resolved. Then on Aug 28, 2026, I visited the T-Mobile Experience Store in Cumming, GA, and Zaria stepped in and fixed it effortlessly.

She is incredibly sharp, magnetic, knowledgeable, and genuinely saved me from a massive headache and months of stress. After everything I had gone through trying to get this issue handled, having someone finally understand the problem and actually solve it was such a relief.

I also want to give a huge shout-out to Shermaine and the entire staff at the Cumming Experience Store. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about helping their customers. The whole team created an atmosphere that was noticeably different from my previous experiences, and they deserve recognition for it.

T-Mobile is incredibly lucky to have someone as brilliant and engaging as Zaria representing the company, along with such an outstanding team supporting her. This store completely turned around what had been an incredibly frustrating experience for me. Zaria and the entire staff absolutely deserve recognition for delivering exceptional customer service!”
