“So I'm posting this because I lost my receipt. I wanted to do a review on the young lady who assisted me with my purchase 6/8 around 10:30am.
I can't remember her name to save my life but she was very friendly, she introduced herself to me and we had a short conversation. I thank her name was something like Deronica idk but I know for sure it started with a D. She had medium curly locs.
She wrote her name on the receipt for me lol.
I truly do appreciate the experience as I was with my 1 year old granddaughter who was getting impatient but I really do thank you for pleasant experience. Your store was very clean and well organized and I had no problem finding what I need.”
“I love Old Navy. This location has such a messy fitting room. Check out line was short. But the staff forgot to remove the security tag and it didn't beep on my way out. I found out when I was entering a different clothing store. How embarrassing!”

Which leads to a great team of associates exuding the same welcoming & helpful assistance. Assistance = not pointing in the direction yet escorting you to desired needs by offering input & such.I can't say enough of the constant sales & uber coupons that come just frequently enough & without your email account being inundated by marketing emails.I like the price reduction charts that are located next to the displays of discounted items. This makes it easier to calculate the sales price. Even the items that are not on sale still have an affordable price point.Located next door is their sister store - OsKosh (you can access it internally) for bigger kids, yet similar styles & prices. Both sides of the store are in a tidy fashion allowing you to easily shop around.We all could use a friendly smile & positive vibrations - & here you will get both while shopping for the little ones.”

Belinda on the other hand, was super rude to the associates & seemed a little dingy. The store would be perfect if it weren't for the dirty bathrooms & Belinda. GET HER GONE!!!!!!”
