Need help badly there to much work for one person to do all 400 plus rooms no house keepers

The room not clean,midue, rust refrigerator, carpet need cleaning, WiFi is poor, TV don't work good,shower cracks inside, air coming through the door, furniture is old and rusty worn out, window have paint on them and not professional, they bad attitude.
