“I was on my way to another bank one traffic light away and was going back there only because of other information that they needed which was really excessive to me and became a inconvenience however I looked over and saw Cadence Bank and I decided hey let me try them first and when I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful smile and tons of professionalism my banker Angela took care of me with no problem and everything went smooth and now also met Freddy these two were absolutely amazing and made me feel super comfortable and got everything done that I needed and I'm getting ready to move my other two accounts to this branch. I will highly recommend this location.”
“I have used 5/3 previously and enjoyed banking with them. I had opened a new account here because they offered a nice promotion to do so. I had no issues initially, but ran into problems when redeeming the promotion. The fine print had been miscommunicated to me, so I had not done the required steps. Thankfully, Courtney was willing to help rectify the situation. She helped coordinate and correct the problem and later checked on me to make sure everything had worked out. Mistakes happen (perhaps I was partly at fault here even), and I really appreciated Courtney's willingness to help make things right. I've had the opposite experience at other large banks so I would recommend 5/3.”
