“This ACE hardware has a wide variety of tools equipment and hardware needed for home improvement and repair projects. The team here is always helpful and willing to assist.”
“I had such an outstanding experience at my local Ace Hardware in Chamblee that I felt compelled to share. The customer service, from Brian and the team is truly next level—every team member I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. What really stood out was their attention to detail. They didn’t just point me in the right direction—they took the time to understand exactly what I needed, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure I left with the right solution. It’s rare to find that level of care and patience these days. They absolutely go above and beyond for their customers and other local businesses and it shows in every interaction. In my opinion, this is how customer service *should* be—professional, attentive, and truly invested in helping people. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a reliable, welcoming place with top-tier service. I’ll definitely be back for all my local needs.”
“The store in Grayson didn't have the color we wanted so the guy referred us to the Norcross location, the associates seems very knowledgeable about the surface and combinations most suitedfor them. Offered many suggestions which helped us to choose wisely. Recommended”
“I’ve had the good fortune of buying paint from the Inside Out Benjamin Moore paint stores for many years and always appreciated their help and guidance. As I’m planning to refinish some outdated elements in my father’s home during a rather rushed timeline, their level of service shined. From efficient advice in planning the project over the telephone to nailing down the paint, product type, sheen and so on, to scheduling pickup, they didn’t miss a beat. Andrew called me in follow up to planning, having looked at pictures and advising on everything. He optimized my time, was decisive about advice while listening and digesting my thoughts; he knew what he was talking about and could quickly and concisely explain why. John, the owner, is always available to advise as well. He genuinely cares about his customers; even small jobs are considered important… it’s not the $s or the size of a job that seem important as he takes time to listen, educate and advise. I’m confident he’s motivated to make his customers reach the best result possible as if each project’s success is an extension of his own. It’s such a unique attribute rarely seen these days.”

“Shubert paint came through for us after a contractor did a bad job painting and finishing a custom install. The paint used was a lacquer paint, something my husband and I have never used. It needs to be sprayed on. Shubert answered all my questions and offered several tip to get a good finish. They filled a couple automotive grade spray cans for us as well which helped produce a good finish on the surfaces where we had to do some touchup. Thank you Shubert for coming through when our contractor failed us!”
“Went in today and met Nia the super awesome assistant manager! She helped me find a perfect match to the seat cowl for my motorcycle so I could paint my fuel tank to match. She gave me all the supplies I needed at a very fair price! Even gave me a rundown of all the mixing steps and ratios. Very helpful! I will definitely be returning to this location in the future for her service and great products! Can't wait to start spraying.”
“Came to the store looking for something to assist me in my caulking. The associate, Daniel, was very helpful in listening to my needs and recommending me a variety of tools to help me with my caulking business. He lead me right to The Caulking Finger, the absolute perfect tool that I never knew I needed. Never again will I use my own finger to caulk with when I can use my new Caulking Finger!”
“During my first visit to this location, I was very pleased with the exceptional customer service provided by the manager, Maggie. Not only did she greet me with a warm and friendly smile, but she also took the time to educate me on the differences between various products. Maggie's enthusiasm and passion for her job were truly commendable, and it made my shopping experience all the more enjoyable. I left the store feeling grateful for her assistance and excited about trying out the products she recommended.
