“I am handicapped and Publix bends over backwards to take care of me. They bring a cart to my car when I call them. They empty my cart at checkout and bag everything carefully. They always accompany me to the car and put my groceries in.
The store is always clean and it shines. The employees go out of their way to be helpful and kind. I always feel cared for at the store.”
“Beautiful store. Clean and very good product display. All products laser straight faced like a perfect wall of products. Much care goes into making a store look this good. Excellently managed and wonderful support staff.

“Great little rural grocery store. Have just about every normal item you would expect in a local grocery store sparing you the trip to town. They do not sell alcohol due to the church across the street, I am sure. They have fresh to order pizza in addition to the grocery items on the shelves.”
“I don't often go here, but whenever I do the employees are always nice and helpful when I need to find something. They usually have some pretty good sales going on, and I like that you can print off coupons at the door.”
“Kroger used to have free air. But when I got there that had change like so many other of things in these times. But to have to pay $1.50 to start the pump and not have it last long enough to check all of my tires. I was a little disappointed. Just glad I enough quarters.”
“Why do all parking lots have to be striped the way they are. Why can't they be made horizontal to the store?
Food Lion offers great variety of produce meat in a variety of everything else. Always clean cool and items are ALWAYS priced.
The checkout people could use a little training in customer service how to greet someone look them in the eye carry on a short conversation.

“Large selection of food. Great prices.Wish they carried more German products. The manager is very friendly and always speaks to customers. All of my comments still stand. However, was in there around 11:30 on April 10. Whoever that cashier was, She was not friendly, very rude and bossy! All other cashiers at this Calhoun Aldi are usually very friendly.”

“The personnel are always very helpful and nice. But it is a convenient store. Gas is high, but l always get mine there, due to location. Gas is extremely high everywhere!”
“I believe this is a newer Food City in the Calhoun, GA area because if you looked closely, the blue is bit brighter than other blue tones in older FC. I didn't take any photos of the inside because it looks like any other Food City, but this particular day, I went to pick up a card and anniversary cake for my sister and brother-in-law. Unfortunately the cake decorator left for the day, but there was a associate that work in the deli..she did such a great job writing down exactly what I needed to go on the cake! Highly recommended because the associate that helped me (I can't recall her name), but she went out of her way and tried her best!”

“Amazing food! Amazing service!
I was traveling through on a Saturday crazing fried gizzards. Evidently, the kitchen is usually closed on Saturday at 6:00. The owner was headed out for his vacation and happened to hear me ask about them. He stopped what he was doing and fried some up for me! ? This will be one of my pits stops from now on.”
“The dollar store here is always my 1 stop shop before I head home. Staff is very friendly. They are helpful with locating items if you are having trouble finding what you are looking for. The double bag your drinks, so the bag doesn't rip halfway into the house. Not like most dollar stores in recent years. Where the boxes are all in isles and you can't get through with a buggy. These employees do a wonderful job, making sure the walkway is clear and the shelves are stocked!!”
“This Walmart has some of the sexiest men working there in electronics, especially the manger Michael and Austin. Micheal has some of the most beautiful sausage fingers and Austin the young man is the best worker there truly a beautiful experience”

“Good gas prices and new pumps. The pumps are rather close together so I would imagine it would be difficult to have all 4 pumps occupied at the same time. Employee's are nice and building is rather clean.”

Plus, they have the BEST selection of Scratch off Tickets. In fact, we bought a couple of $5 tickets today and hit for $50, we bought a steak. “The employees here are always friendly and sweet, but there is almost ALWAYS a line. They will not open their self-checkouts. Why have them if they are never open? I could check out myself in minutes, but I'm forced to stand in a long line because they won't open the registers. Annoying! Either hire another cashier or open the self-checkout and quit wasting customer's time.”
“I was very impressed with my visit, I haven’t been to this dollar general in a long time. I recently changed jobs and it’s on my way home now, well I stopped in to pick up a few things and to my surprise the store looked amazing! (Most stores I’ve been in can be a hot mess) I just wanted to brag about how great this one looked. Shelves were full, items were straight, and isles were free of clutter and rolltainers. With this being a smaller store this says a lot! I know how hard it is with limited space. :)”

“Well I’ve literally only waited YEARS for a DG marketplace to be brought to Plainville. So you can probably understand my excitement.
It’s the best feeling knowing that I have it in my back pocket, and can run up the road and get just about anything to finish off the most basic of recipes. From fresh produce to frozen and canned, it’s almost always there, and without driving all the way into Calhoun or Rome.
The last thing we made, on a whim of course, was a jello fruit mold. The DG did not less us down, and had all of the ingredients the kids put on the list. Total success.
AND they’re always super clean.”
