“I had a great experience with Tiffany (the “short Tiffany” haha). She was so helpful, professional and friendly, and made what could’ve been a complicated and expensive shipping situation go smoothly. She helped me so much. I cannot brag on her enough! She is awesome.”

“I love the Bloomingdale Post office it's the best. I will not go to another if I want my package delivered. The young women with the red hair, greets you with a smile. She is the best and you don't mind waiting in line. She very helpful in sending a package or mail. She makes sure you satisfied and ask if you need anything else. Best place to go.”

“Great Service keep doing the right thing. I'm a collector of Black Heritage stamps and was told by my carrier that the post office on Bay and Fahm would have them. I made my request for the stamps and "zippo" I was in and out.”

“I have the best mail lady ever!!! Not only did she steer me in the right direction as to the correct packaging I need to use for my business, but she also helped me in another wonderful way. I had a ginormous parcel that she was unable to deliver because it was so huge. So, I had to pick it up at the post office. Would you believe thst Stephanie MET ME AT THE post office???? And between her and another lady employee, they placed the parcel in my car!!!???!!! Talk about going above and beyond. And it's not just these few occasions. Stephanie, during the last few years has consistently provided excellent customer service and care.. all with a smile and a great sense of humor. I hope this reaches the Post Master General. My favorite mail lady needs recognition for her excellent, exemplary service!!!”

“Long line inside like some of the other reviews stated, but the self service kiosk in the lobby was great! In and out in 1-2 min and was able to buy the stamps I came in for.”

“The lady that works here is one of the nicest you'll ever meet. With that being said, I think that despite the service area being quite small, there's a lot of work to be done for one person. The lady has been handeling it wonderfully though and you won't have a single problem getting your mail or solving any issues.”
