“Several years ago I purchased an office desk for my office. The rail on one of the drawers came lose. I tried for some time to fix it but I was unsuccessful. I then called Masons and ask them if they could possibly tell me how to repair the drawer. They said they would pull my invoice and give me a call back. I too went and found my invoice and I had actually purchased the desk in 2012. About a week and a half later two men showed up at my office from Masons and repaired the desk for me at no charge! Now that's customer service! I never expected anyone from Mason's to come to my office. Apparently this is a company that knows what customer service is. Thank you Masons!”
“I’ve waited 1 month to post an update on my new mattress. I was having a lot of back pain, and finally realized the culprit was probably my old mattress. I went into Sit & Sleep and right away I felt very confident in purchasing. Josh made this probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and genuine. I purchased a mattress at 12 pm, it was delivered and set up in my home at 2 pm. The delivery men called before arrival, and were very friendly and careful when in my home. I am back to sleeping peacefully, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this business, specifically Josh.”
“I had another five star experience at Green frog mattress! They have the best customer service and the nicest showroom! Billy worked with me for over three weeks to pick out the right mattress. We had not purchased a new mattress in over 20 years and I didn’t realize how hard it would be to decide on one. Their comfort exchange program was great because it allowed me to try out two different mattresses at my house and exchange them for the right one. I now have the exact mattress that I want and love and recommend them highly if you are in the market for a new mattress!”

“Security is awesome! That could be both good and bad?. I occasionally need to access my vehicle that a family member drives to work on occasion. This last time it was the kids' backpacks,that were left in the vehicle the day before. I had to wait on security to let me in the gate to access my own vehicle. To do that, they have to locate the person who you know inside the building,who works there and make sure it's all legit before allowing you to enter the parking lot. That's ok though because I feel it is safe and secure by doing so. They were late for school but no biggie. I appreciate the security team. Also it's easy to locate the property and far enough off the road to not be waiting on the highway as you're sitting at said closed gate. ?”

“What a great place. I was told they have 60 or more individual pickers and I can see them all over this place. Each section is individually set up and there are so many fun finds! Prices seemed reasonable on most items. It also has a cute old school ice cream parlor area and the ice cream looked yummy. We will try it next time for sure!!”
