“After having many extremely terrible experiences at Home Depot, I realized that going back to our roots as a country built upon Mom & Pop stores instead of Mega Corporations is the ONLY WAY we'll survive as a people instead of a number/non-human. CJ Potter treated me with dignity & respect that HD does not. I cannot praise CJ enough! I felt reassured that his Peoples Skills & exquisite Craftsmanship would help me with my dilemma that HD seemed not the least to even CARE to attempt to resolve. It took 5 minutes for me to even get a HD associate to show up, only to be told, much to my chagrin, that they couldn't do what I needed.Even though I arrived frustrated & seemingly helpless just before closing, CJ effortlessly assisted me like NO ONE else had. He was able to resolve my issue in less time than HD could even get someone to show up to help me. Though this Ace Hardware is twice as far away as HD, I will definitely choose Ace over the Soulless Uncaring Automations inhabiting HD!This young man surprised me & re-instilled within me the VALUES that I fought for as a Military Veteran. Some of the youth of this country seem not to CARE for the older generation such as me. CJ showed me the COMPASSION & UNDERSTANDING we so desperately need to grow strong as a REAL & TRUE nation of hard-working individuals. He is truly ONE-OF-A-KIND! “I needed a new air filter for my AC unit and couldn’t find the dimensions I needed at any local Home Depot, Lowe’s or Ace Hardware. I called this business to inquire if they had the specific air filter size I needed in stock and they did, so I got in my car and drove all the way from Peachtree City to Douglasville. It was so worth the 40 minute drive because the customer service from the moment I entered the building through the time I left was superb. Scott was amazing and so were the other gentlemen. Thanks guys. I will definitely return to this store for my future HVAC needs.”

“Not bad experience. I guess they do truck rental on first come first serve basis. Beware the availability online may not be the same at the store. Drove to this location because I was told a truck was available to rent. When I arrived it took the workers 15 minutes to finally agree that they had a van available and find the correct keys. Once everything was all straight all other service was good.”

Our first large lumber order was placed online and delivered directly to our driveway for $79 + $30 so we could specify the delivery window. Our installer didn't give much notice when he was ready for the deck, railing and balusters. The lumber crew was so helpful, offering to cart the 2x10x16s and 2x4x16s I needed before 7am and help load them into my Expedition EL. For the 66 deck pieces and balusters, I was able to order online for my installer to pick up without issue. Once the deck was complete, we returned the few extra items with ease. We love this Home Depot and appreciate their continued excellence.”

“This Home Depot is the closest to our house, and we have experienced consistent customer service, cleanliness and organized aisles for the 15yrs we have lived in Marietta.We recently had our back deck rebuilt. Home Depot had everything our installer requested with competitive pricing (compared with Lowe's and Metro Building). Our first large lumber order was placed online and delivered directly to our driveway for $79 + $30 so we could specify the delivery window.Our installer didn't give much notice when he was ready for the deck, railing and balusters. The lumber crew was so helpful, offering to cart the 2x10x16s and 2x4x16s I needed before 7am and help load them into my Expedition EL. The Birchwood farmhouse/industrial style has a 12W integrated LED so no changing out bulbs. We're skeptical but hopeful. It took trial and error to find the right bulb for the Halyard to match the LED color/warmth. Best match for us is the GE Relax LED 'neutral warm white light' (most yellow colored box). It was super easy to return the bulbs we didn't like and repurchase another option.
