“My washer recently went out. Having a family of five we needed a washing machine ASAP. I called the store and spoke to a representative on Thursday before Easter. Was able to complete entire purchase online. Excellent customer service. Gave clear and concise instructions to make the process seamless and smooth as possible. The price quoted was the price I paid. Due to the holiday weekend delivery wasn’t until Monday. The delivery guy was polite and courteous. He had to move my potted rose bush on the front porch and placed back in the spot before leaving. I highly recommend if you need a washing machine.”
“I bought a GE convection range and just love it. The price was the same as the big box store, so I f course I bought locally. The staff are all knowledgeable and no pressure to purchase. When the factory included the wrong propane conversion kit, it was no problem at all. Upon my return to tell them of the problem they simply gave me what I needed from a floor model and said they would order a replacement for themselves. I love doing business with people who care.”
