Both of my knees are in bad condition due to a birth defect. He went from the pharmacy side to the grocery side to get the cart and bring it to me so I didn't have to walk. True customer service. I am pleased with how he treated me and went out of the way to help.”

“I've been using Kroger in Rincon Ga now for at least 3 or more years. The pharmacist and staff are always helpful and courteous. After a mistake by my previous pharmacist that cost me an ER visit by ambulance while on vacation had me very concerned about another mistake. But Kroger is Fantastic! Very knowledgeable and everything is always right. Thank you guys!”

“Went in there on a Sunday morning and the one employee Melissa Anderson there was constantly working, busy cleaning ,putting up merchandise and waiting on customers. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was a former store manager for the Woolworth company in the nineties, So that's why I love Dollar General because of the similar format.I love a lot of your stores but I think I love this one the most.A lot of Dollar Generals stores seem to have employees going through the motions,not this store.Ms Anderson deserves a raise and promotion.I hope Dollar General appreciates her as much as I do as a customer.”

“I recently moved to Pooler, but I still make the trip to the Kroger in Rincon because it’s hands-down one of the best grocery experiences around. The savings are consistently great, the selection of fresh products is excellent, and the staff always goes above and beyond to make shopping pleasant.
A huge shoutout to the gentleman working in the seafood section today! Even though they were closing up for the day, he kindly helped me out and got me the salmon I needed. That kind of helpful, friendly service is exactly why I keep coming back.
