“I have been coming to Lowe's now for about 4 months now. Between garden items and random things....they've been yanking money out my pockets WEEKLY. Lol I must say that everytime I have gone there ...I've experienced thee most gratifying customer service. Everyone I encounter is sooo helpful; going above and beyond to help me out. Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with Micheal ( in appliances). Not only did he explain the various washing machines we looked at, but he was able to tell me about how they operated. I know...I know....this is what is 'expected' of the employees, but he did everything with a smile, knowledgeably, and with jokes! This type of combination is hard to come across in sales, and this is what makes me so grateful. Thank you, Michael!!!!”
