“The process to apply, take control of unit, and deal with any unforeseeable problems was simplified because Audrey rolled out the red carpet. Every time I had questions or needed something Audrey was on the ball. Even when she was dealing with a busted pipe issue that had her sleep in her office for days during extremely cold temperatures, she still honored a request I had for renting storage. I'm not sure how she seems to make it look easy wearing all the hats she wears but she goes above and beyond in every situation. The apartments are amazing. The view is second only to standing on the balcony at Panama City Beach and looking out at the beautiful ocean. I called today to tell Audrey about an issue with the air conditioning and less than 20 minutes later Emilio came and is working to fix that issue. If life were this easy all the time it would be heaven. They do everything to make your stay here amazing. We came from a complex half a mile away that technically cost more and let me tell you things are far better here. I have never loved a home as much as I do here. I hope to remain a tenant here for years to come. Thank you Audrey and Emilio, you guys are wonderful.”

“I moved in 3 months ago and couldn't be more pleased with my apartment. My neighbors are friendly. Lots of dogs and kids in the complex. I hate quiet complexes. This one is fun of the sounds of laughter and life. Had a few issues that were resolved quickly. I love love love EMERY apartments.”

“The apartmetns themselves are nothing special although the price was good. I'm only writing this review because Nichole is the best property manager I have EVER had! She returns your calls fast, replies to emails in a timely manner, is super helpful with whatever you need, and so much more. I called so many places to try to find an apartment and Nichole was the best property manager. she got back to me rioght away with the information I needed AND it was even over the Christmas/ New Year's time when most properties weren't getting back to me! She helped me get moved in right away and the whole proccess was easy. You just don't find property managers like her anymore. 5 stars cuz of Nichole.”

“My ma has lived here since it opened. Very nice place to live. The parking could and should be more accessible. The place is for older people, but they have to walk a long way to their cars. The builders sacrificed utility for aesthetic. That being said, my mother is very happy here.”
