“I have visited this gas station several times. Never has this store been dirty, cluttered, or mismanaged. And the restrooms are spotless and always smell terrific. A wonderful place to stop for quick in and out. Gasoline price is always on par with RaceTrac or a little cheaper. Plus, it's Shell which is better quality gasoline than RaceTrac.Other notes: I wish they had a larger selection of fountain drinks. Other than that you cannot ask for a better place, service, people, or price!”

“Very friendly staff. Needed help choosing a "sleep aid" for the rest of the ride home. Girl behind the counter was well informed and even gave great advice/warnings on the product I purchased. Definitely a stop for there and back trips”

“This is a convenient place to stop for gas and snacks. They have a large variety of snacks on the shelf's, plus fresh made sweets to snack on along with a variety of warm foods to purchase.”
“Had to get fuel. Went in to use the restroom and get a drink. The place was clean and nice. The workers were nice and very polite. I enjoyed my visit at this establishment. Will definitely go back when the time permits”
“It was if home depot and Sam's had a secret love child. Where this place wins is , they don't just sell their own brands in bulk like some other bulk store I have been to.
I will say I lose a star in the fact that you must be a member to even look around or check the price online.saving grace is that before you become a member you can basically take a tour”

“If you shop at Food City & have a rewards card registered, Wednesdays can be very, very beneficial in getting the cheapest gas prices in the Chattanooga area. To accomplish your gas purchase easily at the pump, you will need you value card to scan, but even without it, if your phone number was used in the registeration, then providing that information makes it easy also.”

“Offers 100% gas. The owner let us pump 30 minutes after close which was really kind since there are not a lot of places that offer 100%. Gained a loyal customer tonight.”

“The staff was very nice and they took good care of our car. The price for the tires was quite reasonable. Just knocked one star out because the service took almost two hours. But in their defense, it's Costco so it's always full of people.”

“The joy and happiness of all the staff was such an amazing experience! We were driving on Christmas Eve, and stopped in for a bite to eat expecting the “gas station food experience”. But as soon as we entered, we were greeted with such a welcoming smile. The food and atmosphere was great, and clean restrooms. Hope ownership knows they have amazing people!”

“Xavier i believe is the long haired young man who paid for my food and drinks today when my card wouldn't unlock.. he didn't have to do that but he did and as a manager myself that kind of attitude and helpfulness deserves recognition. Xavier thank you for being kind to me and my children today. I hope racetrac gives you the recognition you deserve. I wish you all the best!”

“this was my first time to this Costco Vision Center (just moved here from Franklin TN) the first Opitician (I think Robert ? ) was helpful about my insurance, etc... but Rashard was the person who helped me with choosing my glasses and then fitting when they came in. He was excellent. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable with the products. I am grateful.”

“The mid shift there is absolutely great in service and give a very welcoming and friendly enviroment. 3rd shift is not very friendly at all. Actually a lil more on the rude side comes off as hurry up ur bugging me on more than 1 occasion. Not very helpful and makes u really not stop there unless u just have to and that's Everytime I've been there late hours . Great prices good value on deals with joining thru the store app.”
“Stopped here for gas during our cross country road trip in a 20' U-Haul truck + auto transport. Was easy to get to from the highway, wasn't busy, but we did have some trouble navigating around the pumps with a large truck + trailer. Inside the staff was friendly but the bathroom was pretty dirty. A good place to stop for gas.”

“Living in TN this Costco is close. I get gas each time I go to pick up groceries or prescriptions. The experience is okay as gas stations go. The wait time is minimal now that more pumps are added. The staff person working around the pumps has always been helpful and friendly. Thank you for keeping the area neat and the vehicles rolling through.”
