“I went in there today... Maybe a little "Gruff" and bought a couple of Chocolate Eclairs, some Cigs, etc... I thought that maybe I was mistreated... But no, I called up there, spoke to the Store Manager, "Chris" who rang up my order... We talked and he was Very, Very nice... I just wanted to know if I was the one who wasn't being nice and "if" I was what was it about me that I need to correct (I take responsibility for my actions), Chris said no and I agreed it was miscommunication. Chris is an Exceptional Employee, Manager, and I love that he took my call and was very, very cool. I've been here in Roswell 15Plus years and this is the "Cleanest Gas/Fuel Station" with the Best and Cleanest Bathrooms too... This is how ALL QT's should be ran and they typically are (90% of them)... Keep up the good work Chris and your Gasoline runs so well in ALL of our vehicles it's all we use when in town... I'll pass so many Texico's, Shell's, Chevron's, Amaco's, just to fuel up on QT gas because it's so clean and gives us the most mileage in my 5.0Supercharged and in our 3.6Liter and 4.0Liter Jeeps... “I come to this gas station every once in a while & generally receive excellent customer service. After an unpleasant customer service experience with Raymond, I will not be returning to this specific location. It’s 2024 & people still haven’t learned that it’s not what you say, but how you say it! I gave 4 stars because as mentioned I generally receive great customer service. If I were basing the rate off of my customer service experience with Raymond, it would be 2 stars.”

The customers i see coming in have gone to the same store for 20 plus years and everyone is like a family. They usually know what you are going to get before you even walk in. Very Clean. Tons of fun things to do.”

Lol ?Anyway, I actually look forward to stopping here for gas and getting a Coke icy ?❄️ and sometimes a Miguel carne asada burrito, ? they are surprisingly good! ? Nice option when everything else is closed. ??Also, the workers here are very nice, helpful, and friendly. ? And the store & restrooms are always clean, ✨?✨unlike racetrack. ?”
“If you are a Kroger plus member you can really shave some money off of your per gallon price. I can get mid-grade because I can get 10 to 50 cents off per gallon. I drive a 2005 Camry 4 cylinder and do not have any issues with their gas, but I do not have a high end motor either.”

“Always a good experience at a Racetrac. Gas is easy to get to. The store is always stocked up and clean. Coffee is the best, grind and brew right there. Donuts, roller food is not bad, the pizza and other sandwiches are ready. Breakfast is covered. And all the basic convenience store needs.”

“This place is kinda dirty, way overpriced, and slightly shady bc of the 3 motels & GA-400 on/off right there. Nonetheless, it's one of my favorite convenience stores. The staff are great, especially if you get to know them a bit.”
“I come here often, because I work next door. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous, and always remain professional and efficient even when the store gets very busy. They clean the floors, surfaces, and doors/windows very often, so the place is nearly always spotless, and they keep the shelves well stocked and organized. They have an extremely varied selection despite their size constraints, and an efficient layout and very quick and skilled clerks keep the line moving fast enough not to cause too many issues even when it's very busy. The gas pumps are rarely slow or out of order, and are fixed/refilled promptly as needed, so any issues don't last long. Overall it's a real fantastic bit of luck having them next door to where I work, I don't know how I would've survived all these years without these guys. Thank you so much guys!”

This location has employees that are friendly, remember your preferences, and offer great deals on products. I've been stopping by almost daily and I will go out of my way to stop by for my convenience needs as opposed to other food marts/gas stations.”
