Janice is highly approachable, always listens to concerns and always follows up on all inquiries. I can’t emphasize enough how much I appreciate renting storage at this facility because of Janice. “Great experience with Edward who helped get the trailer rental secured for me ahead of go time. Small trailer, small interstate transfer of furniture, but easy to schedule, pick up and return. (All at a reasonable price.) Upon pick up the trailer was ready, Edward hooked it up and we tested all the lights (brakes/blinkers) and was good to go! Many thanks to Edward and MidGuard Storage for making it an easy experience all the way around. I highly recommend and will return for any future rental needs.”
