“Great location because you can go shop at Queen of Hearts while you wait for your oil change and eat at American Deli. “David, Darryl and DeWarren were awesome. I went here when it was Valvoline and was hesitant to return because I have had bad experiences with Jiffy Lube in the past. David explained to me that it was Not the same Jiffy Lube and they went with the name because there was confusion with the express care name attached to Valvoline. Phew.
Anyway, all three gentlemen were polite, Helpful with my questions, and knowledgeable. It’s always a very easy visit and you’re usually out in 15 minutes. Definitely check these guys out.”

I stopped by for a oil change after-work and was very tired...but I must say the pleasant, efficient and live energy was present! I smiled, laughed and conversed occasionally as I received a oil change by Trey. I even complimented his leadership skills in running a efficient/professional establishment. Everyone had a great service skills that I observed and looked very presentable. I've been to other locations...and this is one is #1!
And not to mention it honesty felt like getting a car worked on by like a close member of the family. Highly appreciated.”

I was just a walk-in with a quick question about a light that needed to be turned off. Other shops and dealerships I called wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars and have me leave my car for hours/days, but the team here took care of it right away.
They were so kind, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me out. The whole process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. “Originally just wanted to get front struts replaced with my own purchases. They were more than glad to do it. No warranty of course, but that was fine. Needless to say, they found other issues, took care of them and got me back out on the road. All at what ended up being a very fair price considering the time and effort they put forth. “I first went to the Toyota dealership were i waited an hour and a half only to find out that Toyota hadn't even started. I got my car back from Toyota and drove it to the Vavoline service center.
The Valvoline service is xtremely fast and friendly. The service was a fast team effort were different team members were performing different tasks. The work was performed and completed while I waited in my car.
I will be returning.”
