“I've gotten all my car care here since moved into the neighborhood. They've always been friendly and professional. Management and techs have come & gone, but good car care has been consistent.”
“Great place to take your car! My company uses them for the up keep of our fleet of vehicles. They always do a great job of communicating the issue and getting the job done.”
“I had a great experience with the staff at this location! They were very helpful and knowledgeable on what I needed for my car specifically and took their time to make sure everything was right! Highly recommend!”
“My Wife And I Both Each Have A Mercedes Benz GL 450. We’ve Used Other Shops In Our Smyrna Area And Their Quality Of Work And Their Customer Has Always Been Severely Inferior Compared To Autobahn Imports. Christine, Raymond, And Their Mechanics Are Outstanding In Their Customer Service, And Their Repair And Maintenance Work On Our Vehicles. We Have Been Relying On Christine, Raymond, And Their Mechanics For Approximately 10 Years. My Only Regret Is That I Didn’t Utilize Their Services Earlier!!!!!”
“Great location because you can go shop at Queen of Hearts while you wait for your oil change and eat at American Deli. It’s my favorite maintenance tradition lol but what really makes this place special are the workers. They are always so so kind! I’ve been using this location for a few years now for mine and my husband’s vehicles. Brendon is so sweet and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and taken care of because I had my baby in tow while I got my car serviced. It is so nice to have a go-to for regular car maintenance with people you can trust!”
“Mark and his staff are amazing. I love the way they communicate with each other. They are extremely efficient and trust worthy. Hands down, I will continue to go there.”
“I’ve been here a couple of times for a few issues and they were all very helpful and easy to work with. Also very honest about the work. Shout out to Kevin for the info. Will be back!”
“Great service as always ....absolutely the 5⭐ every time I go....it gets no better than them...ask for Ron he's the best...he well versed and extremely knowledgeable and his customer service is out of this world...he's the last of a dying breed...this location is lucky to have him?”
“This place is incredible, it was my first visit. My impression was that it’s a business people used to expect from the neighborhood small business. They are welcoming, have fair, competitive pricing, and excellent work. I will definitely be back for my auto repair needs.”
“David, Darryl and DeWarren were awesome. I went here when it was Valvoline and was hesitant to return because I have had bad experiences with Jiffy Lube in the past. David explained to me that it was Not the same Jiffy Lube and they went with the name because there was confusion with the express care name attached to Valvoline. Phew.
Anyway, all three gentlemen were polite, Helpful with my questions, and knowledgeable. It’s always a very easy visit and you’re usually out in 15 minutes. Definitely check these guys out.”
“Atlanta Car Care is my go to! They are quick, reasonably priced, and provide quality customer service. Most importantly, I know I can trust them to give honest advice for all my vehicle maintenance needs.”
“Every time I go, I’m taken care of. I was introduced to them by a coworker for their stellar service. My sister started going to them as well because of how much I rave about their service. They were so kind to me and helped me solved my cars engine problem.”
“I got a flat tire and thankfully happened to pull over not far from this business. When I managed to pull into their lot, they immediately took action on my vehicle and got me up and running in no time. Excellent service is to be found here.”
“Emissions. What a pleasant experience. Anthony did a great job explaining the process and was quick, but respectful. I came in for an emissions test, but will be back for oil changes.”
“Ray and his team were incredible. This was the kindest and quickest express oil I’ve ever been to, definitely driving out of my way next time to come to this location.”
“as always, as expected, exceptional service. Thanks Kim, Thanks all my special techs and everyone else I can't remember your name, but you are all appreciated”
“I had a wonderful first time experience at this particular location on Roswell Rd. I stopped by for a oil change after-work and was very tired...but I must say the pleasant, efficient and live energy was present! I smiled, laughed and conversed occasionally as I received a oil change by Trey. I even complimented his leadership skills in running a efficient/professional establishment. Everyone had a great service skills that I observed and looked very presentable. I've been to other locations...and this is one is #1!
And not to mention it honesty felt like getting a car worked on by like a close member of the family. Highly appreciated.”
“I can’t say enough great things about Buckhead Auto Sport!
I was just a walk-in with a quick question about a light that needed to be turned off. Other shops and dealerships I called wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars and have me leave my car for hours/days, but the team here took care of it right away.
They were so kind, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me out. The whole process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. I left feeling like they truly cared about helping instead of just trying to make a sale. I’ll definitely be coming back to Buckhead Auto Sport for any future car needs. Highly recommend them!”
“I will not take my car anywhere else! KC and the entire team at Jiffy Lube on Buford Highway in Chamblee consistently provide exceptional service.
KC goes above and beyond every single time I visit. He is knowledgeable, professional, honest, and genuinely makes sure my car is well taken care of. His entire staff reflects that same level of service. Everyone is always friendly, welcoming, professional, and willing to answer questions without making you feel rushed.
It’s rare to find a place where you feel completely comfortable trusting people with your vehicle, but that’s exactly how I feel here. Every visit has been a wonderful experience, and I truly appreciate the way KC and his team take care of both me and my car.
If you’re looking for a place where excellent customer service and professionalism are the standard, I highly recommend this location. KC and his team have definitely earned my loyalty. Five stars!”
“Best location I’ve been too. I wish I remembered the managers name but he explained everything clearly and not in the typical way women usually get spoken to iykyk. The other services he suggested made sense and didn’t feel like a cash grab. Will definitely come back!”
“Originally just wanted to get front struts replaced with my own purchases. They were more than glad to do it. No warranty of course, but that was fine. Needless to say, they found other issues, took care of them and got me back out on the road. All at what ended up being a very fair price considering the time and effort they put forth. Will be going back for other work when it's due.”
“Thank you Mike for fixing my outlets in my car! This has been a very annoying electrical problem to deal with and I’m so happy. I don’t have to worry about it anymore.”
“Tay was very helpful at Express Oil! He was professional, friendly, and made sure I was taken care of. If you go to Express Oil, definitely ask for Tay! Highly recommend!”
“Mason was an extremely amazing and helpful during my visit. He gave great customer service while informing me about other things he saw while changing my oil. He made my visit super smooth and I will be back!”
“I had an excellent experience at this auto service center. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me in a time of need. Made the whole process stress-free, and the prices were very reasonable. It’s rare to find people this genuine and helpful in the auto industry, and I truly appreciate their honesty and care. Overall, great people and a great experienceI’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!”
“I first went to the Toyota dealership were i waited an hour and a half only to find out that Toyota hadn't even started. I got my car back from Toyota and drove it to the Vavoline service center.
The Valvoline service is xtremely fast and friendly. The service was a fast team effort were different team members were performing different tasks. The work was performed and completed while I waited in my car.
I will be returning.”
“Drew was very pleasant when I drove into Mavis to get my tires serviced today. I didn’t have to wait long before I was back on the road again to reach my destination.”
“Catherine’s Auto has been my auto repair shop for over 20 years. They are honest, reliable, provide excellent customer service and auto repairs. I trust them completely.”
“Sam and Cary at the Johns Creek location, and Jonathan at the Alpharetta location are great! This is our new go to for all our auto needs, from oil changes to alignments to repairs. Very trustworthy and professional. You need to try these guys!”
