“Courteous and friendly and on time
I like them a lot and return regularly.
They rotated the tires and balanced them
Good job every time.”
“I came to pep boys to address some shaking I was experiencing at certain speeds while driving not knowing why it was occurring and Johnny discovered my tires need balancing very badly. He took care of me with professionalism and great customer service. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Johnny for helping me out and being so kind!”
“Efrain Ortiz was extremely helpful. Answered all my questions. Was able to get my car serviced at my stated appointment time and had it ready quickly. He’s very knowledgeable. Love Costco tires and the service here!”
