“While camping in Savannah recently, I need to refill a propane tank. I pulled into the parking lot and set my tank on the scale and went inside to request a refill. The gentleman behind the counter immediately called for an employee to help me. A very friendly guy met me outside, and while filling the tank, we exchanged pleasantries. He then carried the tank to my vehicle and sent me on my way, having thanked me for my patronage. The business looks to have everything and more that a great hardware should have, and a friendly staff to support it.”

“I love this little Ace hardware on the south side of Savannah. It's so convenient, always very well stocked, and every member of the staff is friendly. Every time I go there it reminds me of what Savannah used to be and still can be if everybody will just slow down a little bit. There's a misconception about prices being higher at Ace hardware than Home Depot or Lowe's. I find that most of the things I need are actually about the same price and sometimes a little less, plus you can get somebody to help you find what you need really quickly unlike Home Depot or Lowe's, and both of those places are always out of what I need and I have to spend 20 to 30 minutes there just to find that out. I always leave the big box stores feeling disappointed either because of a bad shopping experience due to rude or the lack of store associates, not finding what I need, or their ever increasing prices. Not at Ace hardware! The prices are great and so is their customer service!”

Super easy, very fast, no bs things to click on by accident than take you somewhere else, send you back a page, etc. And, I was not on my computer, but on my phone, where it is always more likely that you can get tripped up on the midget screen. Great page! “I don't need many tools these days; I've been building a set since I was a teenager. I'm fortunate to have found a wife who shares my interests. She's always kept a tool box handy at her workplace. For her own use at home, we purchased her a multi-purpose tool box. Our garage is already well-stocked with tools of various kinds, but she wanted one she could use for a wide variety of tasks, including plumbing, art and crafts, carpentry, sewing, and more.So Today, we went to HF to pick up some of the hand tools she wanted.
She knew exactly what she wanted and even bought me a set of precision screwdrivers. I asked her why? She said yours are worn out. I no longer have to hunt for a undamaged screw driver to fix my glasses. She is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. After 45 years of marriage, she still impressed me every day.
Our experience at the store was exceptional. The customer service, stock, and selection were excellent.
We will be returning to fill in any blank spots in her box, and I'll be sure to let her know if any of mine need to be replaced. But she probably already knows which one do.”

“I had an 18 volt Milwaukee Sawzall windshield extractor they needed new brushes, and Trigger. The guy there was very nice and very helpful. He took it all apart and even cleaned the inside of the motor with new bushings and made it new again all for 75 bucks. If I bought a new one it would have cost me about 800 dollars.
