“I wasn’t sure if what I was going to find at Pro Source when I decided to stop by there. What I found was a place of amazing people and so many beautiful things to make my home just like I dreamed!! Sammy greeted me with a great smile and so much understanding of how confused I was about all the places I had been to look at tile, cabinets, flooring etc. She assured me that it’s common to be overwhelmed and that together we would have fun and enjoyment looking at the ideas I had!! Well she was right I found my dream bathroom tile for both baths, tile flooring for each, cabinets designed by Elle, my niche tile, and it was done with laughter plus professional fun. They made me feel like I had been an interior designer my whole life!!!! They’ve kept in touch with me, no pushy sales crap, Sammy and Elle plus everyone there had all the answers to my craziness and concerns. What was even more awesome I had a deadline of just a few weeks and they got it done!!!! Clara Childress, she is the most patient knowledgeable person I’ve meet, she helped us picked not only the floors but also the tiles for my bathrooms. She helped me from top to bottom. After further consideration, she told me she graduated back in her country with an engineering degree, she helped all my flooring and my tiles match and make the style I wanted. If I was the boss, I would definitely think about giving her a raise then amount of time we spent with her today and the amount of patient she had was amazing! “I was referred to Ferguson by my wife. I was greeted by Jen Fowler as soon as I walked in. She was very pleasant and friendly to deal with. She was very patient and easy to talk to. I had one question that she wasn't sure about but asked Jessica and she helped out also.My order got changed the next morning from January this week to March. I went back to Ferguson and informed them about the changes and Jen went straight to work to find out why.We had to change around a few items but Jen made a few calls and got my new order back on track with the same delivery time as the other order.Thank you Jen for everything.
