What immediately stands out is the selection. The store feels carefully curated rather than simply stocked. There is an interesting mix of distinctive pieces, gifts, accessories, and items that make you stop and look rather than walk quickly past another shelf of merchandise. You get the feeling that someone actually thought about what belonged in the store and, equally important, what did not.
The atmosphere also fits Savannah perfectly. There is a wonderful balance between Southern character and contemporary style. Nothing feels overly manufactured or touristy. Instead, Jones & Bull feels like a genuine local discovery—the kind of place you remember after the trip and recommend when someone asks where they should shop in Savannah.
The staff added to the experience as well. They were welcoming and helpful without hovering, which allowed us to take our time and explore. That matters in a store like this because much of the enjoyment comes from discovering things you weren’t necessarily looking for.
Savannah has no shortage of beautiful shops, but Jones & Bull deserves a place on the list. If you appreciate independent stores, unusual finds, and businesses with a strong identity, stop in. Even if you arrive without intending to buy anything, there is a very good chance you will leave carrying something.”
“Lovely selection of international handmade art and very nice and knowledgeable shop owners. We had a surprise visit when we stopped in to buy cold water after a long promenade through Forsyth park and were delighted to find gifts for our children and family while we were there. Highly recommend a visit!”

“It's gonna be expensive, but keeping in mind the time and resources that go into each piece it makes sense. There are some cute stickers and postcards (made by the people who sold them to us) that are less bank-breaking. Even not buying a lot, I left feeling inspired.”

“I got a chip in my countertop. Super tiny but since they fix the chip as part of buying Cambria, I called to get it fixed. Customer service was exceptional and the service person, Brian, was professional, expert and extremely helpful! He fixed the chip and then showed me how to better care for it. This reinforces why we bought and highly recommend Cambria.”
“I love shopping at Hobby Lobby, they always seem to have exactly what I need. The people here are also always really nice. The only issue I have with them is that they dont accept tap to pay. At times I have had to gather coins from my car because I did not have my physical card. That being said, be sure you have a physical card or cash when shopping here.”

“Went to Ashley today and worked with Jay. He was great, not pushy at all, which we really appreciated. He gave us plenty of time to look around and make decisions while still checking in to see if we had any questions or needed help.
We initially left to measure some spaces in our new house, and Jay was nothing but kind and courteous. When we returned a few hours later, he had everything ready to go and made the purchase process quick and easy.
Overall, we had a great experience working with Jay and are excited for our new furniture to arrive! Highly recommend asking for him!”

“I have a teenage daughter. She likes baggy clothes and vinyl recorders so this place is a good one stop shop for me. I spoke with a guy on the floor (sorry I forgot his name) and he was very helpful in showing me where clothes that would fit my girls' size and style were in the store. The checkout manager was also very friendly and helpful, letting me know about what was needed if it wasn't a good fit and how much time I would have to exchange or return an item. It's nice to see that good customer service lives on.”

“Ross on Abercorn is my ultimate favorite place to shop, but my last trip there was by far the best! The lady who was running the fitting room chatted me up and actually helped me pick out dresses using her own expertise. She was super friendly and attentive and not just with me—but with everyone she spoke to. She treated all of us like old friends. You never see that level of customer service anymore, and I wish I could remember her name, but I did make sure to tell her supervisor to give her a raise!! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because—without fail—every time we go in there, there’s an alarm going off and no one trying to fix it. But the inventory, prices, and customer service are more than enough to offset the minor irritation and I will continue to recommend this location to anyone and everyone!”
