They had said it would take about 2 hours to repair, but had it ready in less than an hour. Courteous and professional, as well as being very reasonably priced. Would absolutely recommend them for all you electronics repairs.”

“We worked with a gentleman (I think his nickname was Trey, his name definitely started with a T) and he was so very kind and helpful. He was very calm when there were many people in the store. He was helpful while trying to get to everyone. Getting a new phone is a long process and so having a kind and patient associate was a nice experience. Nice store, much better than the one off 278.”

“Came into Verizon yesterday with my phone acting completely crazy. It’s new and I was very concerned that I broke it but luckily I was greeted by Jack at the door. Hands down the best Verizon experience I’ve ever had. He spent the good part of a hour cleaning up my phone and making sure I had no more questions and he also educated me on how to avoid the problems I was dealing with on my phone. “This is the best Verizon store in Savannah! I typically take reviews with a grain of salt since I know most bad reviews come from a place of avoiding personal responsibility so I have to give this location and the staff their kudos. I was there when it was particularly busy and Christina, Jeremy, and the other girl (I forgot her name sorry!) were all so amazing at dealing with the customers and being so efficient. I had a pretty minor billing question and Jeremy and Christina helped me, gave me information about an upgrade and the Verizon benefits I didn’t know existed for my home streaming services. I got a new phone, saved money on my bill, saved money on my Netflix account, and when I came back in the next week to trade my phone in they remembered me. It definitely feels like they value the Landings and Isle of Hope community. I will always recommend this location to everyone!”

“I had a great experience at this T-Mobile Store. Hailey helped me finalize my decision on which new phone to purchase as well as provided several very budget friendly finance options. She was very very patient answering my numerous questions about both the device and upgrade process. She remembered me right away over a week later when I returned needing help transferring my SIM card. Her colleague, Alia, actually assisted me moving my card to my new phone and she was also very patient and knowledgeable. Both of these young associates are definitely representative of one of T-Mobile's strengths - excellent customer support.”

“I’m away on vacation and am in Savannah. We were having trouble porting out our daughter’s line from T-Mobile to Verizon, so much so that I had to go into a local store show my ID, etc. etc. I was fortunate enough to be serviced by Brianna. She was so patient and spent at least 30 minutes with me trying to help with the situation. Her coworker Marquis was also very helpful. There was no sale for these folks, but you wouldn’t know that by the way they took the time, we’re patient and extremely friendly. This is a great store staffed by some great people.”

“I don’t remember her name, but she was a Caucasian woman with glasses who helped me upgrade from an iPhone 12 to the iPhone 17 Pro. The process was seamless, she was incredibly helpful and attentive. She truly deserves recognition (and a raise)! Fun fact: she uses a Google Pixel if that helps.”
