“Took my 75 lb pup in for his first ever grooming appt. I used to bathe him at home, but he won't let me get anywhere near him with the grinder or nail clippers.
I had stopped in only once before and loved the atmosphere and friendliness of the employees, so when I stopped in again I inquired about grooming. Unfortunately, I didn't get the girl's name, but she was so sweet and very informative, so I scheduled an appt. She helped me feel better about leaving him in someone else's care for the 1st time. I bought him in on a Sat morning and again, didn't get a name, but I was so impressed with how the groomer handled my boy. I informed her that he's a big baby and afraid of everything so I was worried how he'd be with the hair dryer and explained how skiddish he is whenever I've attempted to cut or grind his nails. Well to my surprise he did great, AND, she under promised and over delivered! Told me to expect about an hour and a half depending on how he does, then called me in under an hour saying he did great and he'd be ready to go in 10 mins. Not only was he good with the dryer, but she was able to cut and grind his back nails. He only let her cut his front nails, but it was so much more than I had expected and I am so happy...as was my boy Ryder. Thank you Bentley's Pet Stuff for hiring an amazing staff and helping this helicopter mom feel at ease! I highly recommend them for all of your furbabies' needs! ✌️?”

“Visiting with our dog and what a better way to spend time together. Our tour guide April was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. All the dogs got along and enjoy the light rain. If you bring your dog and want to tire them out before leaving them in the hotel for dinner, this is a must do.”
“I visited your store in early April with my daughter.I was visiting from Virginia.I picked up what was labeled as grape ripples day lily. I got it home and I found that there was a second label inside and actually, it was a little visible from the top of the pot, but there was a second label that was labeled cranberry baby. I'm going to urge you to check your other plants from maybe whoever your provider is because it was indeed cranberry, baby. Which I am personally happy about. I only purchased grape ripples because I don't have it. And I want every day Lily I see, but I'm quite happy with cranberry baby. I was super happy with all of the service. I received from the employees. I purchased one of the nome metal bird houses. And it looks phenomenal hanging from my tree in Virginia. My daughter also purchased me. One of the bird houses that looks like a hot air balloon covered in moss. It also looks. Phenomenal hanging from my garage.Porch, so thank you for everyone for all of your help.And I will be sure to return on my next visit.”

“I wish I could give a100+ star review to Judy and her staff- I bought our new baby cockatiel this past Saturday! We named her Peeper- I have owned cockatiels in the past but this one already is the sweetest, healthiest and most calm out of all! Judy is very knowledgeable and really loves every bird in her shop! Don’t purchase bird(s) from the big chain stores! Go to her!!! She cares about all her birds and her customers also!! She treats you like family!!”

“We are so thankful to have found this place after recently moving to the area. Both of our dogs left with the cutest haircuts and they both seem very happy!! They were also very kind and patient with our younger puppy who is still getting used to being groomed. Overall a great experience, reasonably priced, and would certainly recommend!! Thank you!”
“I have been traveling from NJ to FL and have to stop twice for propane. Both places have been tractor supply and this store was easy to get to. The staff was very friendly. The young lady that filled my rv knew how to without any issues. Even went in and bought little Rosie a new toy.”

“Went their salon, they did a wonderful job on Kira. They told me Kira acted like the gentleman that we all know he is. The only thing, he did not care for their kennel and wanted to stay in his carrier. One last thing, I like leaving a tip for the person that takes care of my cat. I suggest to just bring cash. When I wanted to add the tip to the bill they said I could not and I could ask for cash back, which happened not to work. I ended up going over to Publix and making a purchase so I could go back and tip the stylist.”
“Friendly staff and store. I've been coming here for years, never had any issues. The smell has always been stable and clean. I've never had any issues with the mice/rats or the fish/shrimp I've gotten. Recently picked up some worms that were perfect too.”
