“The wonderful ladies that helped me and my daughters on Aug.12th were amazing! They stopped and talked to us and helped me make sure I had chose the correct packaging and posting for my envelope that I needed sent out. Most post offices I have been (and most places at all anymore) I feel like a number in their day. The women who helped me deserve a huge “pat on the back”. They are caring, professional and enjoy their careers and life! I wish there were more people like them.”

“Great Service keep doing the right thing. I'm a collector of Black Heritage stamps and was told by my carrier that the post office on Bay and Fahm would have them. I made my request for the stamps and "zippo" I was in and out.”
“I have to tell you about a wonderful woman her name is Fay. She helped me get my package to me even if it was an hour or so after she close. She really helped deliver a smile to my face. I want to say thank you for all the help you did for me. Ever since I came to Savannah I've always remember her because she was the first one to help me out.”

“Always friendly at the counter. It's hit or miss with waiting just like any USPS. I confirmed the hours with the clerk as I have seen a few requests for those asking about the hours.”
“I always receive friendly service from the staff. The supervisor Harry, who I believe is no longer there always had a smile on his face & a kind word. Very nice man. The last few times I've visited I was helped by a taller white man in his late 40s. Always super friendly. Says hello as you're walking up to the counter & and asks how you are. Seems like a happy person. I've come and the line has been long but it's the post office. You have to expect a bit of a wait. The staff always moves a quickly and efficiently. My go to post office for all my mail needs.”
