The Smyrna store consistently executes customer service at a very high level, and I also want to acknowledge the Loyalty Team for the way they truly value and recognize returning customers. That level of appreciation does not go unnoticed.
For my last two leases, I have had the pleasure of working with Brandon Latimore and he has truly become a trusted advisor throughout the process. Brandon takes the time to understand not just what I’m looking for in a vehicle, but also how my lifestyle and preferences play into that decision. As I recently transitioned into a hybrid, he was incredibly thoughtful in helping me explore options, providing different perspectives, and ensuring the vehicle truly aligned with my needs.
Steve Parker is patient, gracious, and extremely knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to make sure I fully understand my vehicle, especially when transitioning from one model to another. That level of care makes the experience feel personal rather than transactional.
I also want to thank Alex Price, who truly made the process feel like a family experience rather than a typical sales interaction. He took the time to discuss options around maintenance and long-term care for the vehicle without any pressure, which I genuinely appreciated.
This entire team embodies what great customer service should look like—professional, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in the customer experience.

“I highly recommend Atlanta Road Body Shop! I just moved to Georgia and the screws on my old license plate were rusted and stripped. They helped me to take off the old plate and put the new one on as a courtesy. They even had to take out the plastic backing in the trunk to get the screws out. Everyone here was very kind and took the time to explain how everything was fixed. I will certainly be back for any bigger car repairs! Thank you Atlanta Road Body Shop!”

“I came in today during my lunch break without much time to spare. I needed to trouble shoot a battery and find if I needed a new one. Jameka helped me and tested the battery. We found that the battery needed to be charged before they could test properly. Jameka charged my battery while I was at work. Upon my return she gave me great news telling me my battery was good and the battery just needed a charge. Jameka customer service was a breath of fresh air. Jameka made it very easy for me to get help I needed. She also helped with a check engine light code. I was having not having a great day. Jameka disposition was exemplary of great customer service.”
