“This was my first time at this Barnes & Noble and I was thoroughly pleased with it. Not only was it as nice and clean as I'm used to for the company, but the breeze at the Starbucks cafe made my drink perfect. That's saying something, considering I'm really picky about my drinks and I have an allergy to work with but she did amazing and I wish I had gotten her name so I can name drop her on here. I look forward to the next time I can come back here.”

“This is a great volunteer opportunity for groups or for individuals. And you can actually walk in and volunteer the same day. The orientation is very helpful and you feel accomplished at the end.”

“If Phoenix and Dragon were in Midtown? I'd be there multiple times a week. But since this absolute jewel of a store is tucked away on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs it'll have to be a special-occasion thing. I went with my 5-year-old and, while I had to restrain him from touching everything, he absolutely loved it. We got a crystal for our new EV and for his room. The people here are super nice and helpful, and the selection is out-of-this-world great. I'm a huge Nagchampa fan and their selection of incense is amazing. the book selection is legit too. Highly recommended!”

“This Barnes & Noble location has a Starbucks in it. A great atmosphere and friendly staff really help to make this location a little more special. If you have trouble trying to find the book you're looking for, the staff can see if they have it in stock or if it's at another location. Another thing that I love is that they have really nice gifts throughout the store, one-of-a-kind that you won't be able to find anywhere else.”

“Love it here. The customer service was great and their variety of material was awesome. So blessed to be able to come here when we are visiting family in Georgia. Many blessings to this store and ministry.”

“The pictures make the store look bigger than what it is although I still loved every bit of it. I wasn't so sure what to order so I decided to try the vanilla honey oat iced latte. The coffee was very strong and the honey was all at the bottom not mixed, I still drank it though. It's a nice area to come and finish up any online work or just to enjoy some books and coffee. It's also very dog friendly !!”

“I have been blessed by LOMM in various significant ways: • gaining a better understanding of the importance of Passover in the life and ministry of Jesus through Murray Tilles's Jesus in the Passover presentation. • having the Bible come to life in a new way through Murray, Alana, and Anna Beth's insights into the places of the biblical events through the LOMM tour of Israel. • capturing a fresh vision for reaching people with the Gospel, especially the Jewish people through Murray's example and teaching ministry. • the staff of LOMM have enhanced my pastoral ministry and blessed Midway Community Church immensely!”

“I was so upset to find out that the location at Mall of Georgia was closed. 35 minute drive later and I'm glad I came out here. I forgot how much stuff is just inside the store. New and used everything. A lot of rare items including movies that I had been looking for. And all for a reasonable price. Now some things are more expensive than others and you might question the price this store is more of a "buy it now before it's not here tomorrow". Don't expect a lot of brand new movies on the shelves. Or Blu-rays. But the variety is there. Great store, good atmosphere. I'll continue to make the drive out here.”

“Visited this week with my wife. Virtually empty. Bought diary for 2024. Found the only Barnes and Noble diary that does not include half of 2023. Cost was $25.00.”

“Went to an amazing event this weekend. Was the first time I've ever been inside the ACU campus. The parking was adjacent to the campus building we were headed to so no issues with parking. But even on the weekends it was $12! A lot! Also, the system did not read my ticket printed so I had to pay $24 to get out as they charge $24 for a lost ticket but the security help kept disconnecting the call so I had no choice. Staff - they had some CAU staff on site for the event but mostly event staff were present. Atmosphere - now the building itself definitely have HBCU vibes!! Loved everything about it! Nothing seemed dirty or too outdated. Everything worked in the bathrooms and the technology supplies were updated. I appreciated the school hosting the event and look forward to visiting for other events as well. Definitely recommend and look forward to returning. Thanks Brittney”

“The ordering process was flawless and easy. The communication after the order was spot on, and the product was almost immediately shipped and I received it shortly after. A “near perfect” experience!”

“The manager at the bookstore went above and beyond to make sure my order was processed same day to ensure my son got his shirt for HBCU day at his elementary school. Not only did he expedite the order I placed, he even suggested meeting me locally for pickup since I was over an hour away from the campus and may have not gotten there in time. This is the type of service/care you get when you choose an HBCU! Thanks Cedrick for making my little guy’s day! Be blessed.”

“A great place for books! I wish there were more of these stores around because they have a collection of interesting books in addition to hobby items, games, and more. You can also go here to sell books, games, etc.”

“I have been shopping at the Cathedral bookstore for nearly as long as they have existed. I love this store! The staff is always kind, patient, helpful and peaceful. Their buyer is very thoughtful and purchases exquisite reasonably priced jewelry, candles, stuffed animals, books and other items that are not only appropriate for Christians, but for anyone who is looking for a lovely gift for themselves or others. In recent years they have expanded to include a wonderful Hispanic section of spiritual books and other paraphernalia that I have often seen in Mexico and thought at the time, "How lovely." I recently discovered that they are also serving as the books store of Christ the King and have a wonderful Catholic selection. If you want to go to a non-hectic, peaceful, beautiful, privately owned gift /book store (there are that many left...too many chain stores!) with its own distinctive personality and a gracious staff...this is the place! I have found that nothing is overpriced here and I'm so grateful that they are still around. I pray they never close!”

“I had a book event with them and they do an excellent job. Great customer service with a friendly and helpful environment. The Gersons run an A+ bookstore. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They need 6 stars!”

“Great bookstore and reading room specializing in Black books, records, and paraphernalia. You can spend a good amount of time looking at everything, listening to the music, and/or talking to folks sitting at the center reading table.I picked up an incredible hard-back Langston Hughes book of poetry and design inspiration on my last trip (see photo). Recommended.”

“I was visiting Morehouse for an event and asked my mom if she wanted to grab her something from the Spelman bookstore since I had already gotten her some Morehouse memorabilia. The Spelman bookstore is actually just a short walk from the Morehouse bookstore. How convenient. As you come down the bookstore's street, you will see a sign on the top of the building saying Spelman Bookstore. At first, I thought there were some steps leading up to an entrance. But no. If you round the corner from the print center, the entrance is on this same first level. There is an upstairs once you are in the bookstore. I was looking for a shirt for my mom and there was the perfect shirt right upon my entrance. Right color and price point. Approx. $10 for a college t-shirt is pretty darn good. I didn't see as much variety of products as Morehouse's bookstore, but maybe there was more upstairs that I didn't see.”

“The owner is very nice and very Blessed in character. She encouraged me and found a book for me that I so needed for the time I’m in. I really appreciate her and her ministry and I pray that her business flourishes and that God uses her to touch everyone that comes into the bookstore”

“The staff & owners truly deserve 5 stars. They are always trying to help independent authors opening the store up to me and my novels. Allowed me to set up a table and sell my books at their events. Celebrities often are hosting the events. I met Terry Woods there. J Prince, Master P, Musiq Soul Child, Common, Stacey Abrams, Zane, and many other... Please drop through sometime I promise you will enjoy the experiences.”

“This is a good technical college on the north side of Atlanta. They have a lot of great majors that they offer and the staff is usually friendly; even though I haven't met all of them. They are doing a lot of renovations and I expect the campus to look even better.”

“Somewhat hard to find things as it's sorta cramped but good staff. Barely had any of the books I was looking for though so I had to go the the Kennesaw campus to get them.”

“Has a dedicated traffic person on most busy school days when the entrance would otherwise be difficult to access. Would be nice if the book store entrance were closer to the actual parking. Prices are what you'd expect from a college store.”

“I'm so glad I gave this place a try. I love poke and this is the only higher reviewed poke place close to where I live. I was a little skeptical at first since it's in the mall food court but it was easy to get in and out and I felt like I got a decent amount of food for the price. They also have boba tea which I haven't tried yet but it looks pretty good. The only thing I didn't like was that they charge .50 cents extra for masago. They also charge $1 extra for avocado but that's pretty standard for most poke restaurants. I've already eaten here twice and will be back for sure!”
