“Fantastic customer service! I needed a new battery for my Google pixel. UBreakIFix came up as a Google certified store, so I made an appointment online and called to check if they had a battery in stock before I came by for the appointment. They said they didn't have my model battery in stock but could order it. Due to company policy though, you must pay in person for half the part up front and then the remaining balance afterwards. They also said the appointment is more of a formality and they'd still see me without the appointment if I needed to cancel and find a different time. I went in on Sunday and paid for the first half of the battery. They do charge a credit card fee, so use cash if you have it. Front desk customer service was super nice, and made whole process less stressful. The Google battery arrived in store the following Friday and I went in Saturday morning for the repair. They said would take 2-4 hours, so I ran some errands and got lunch before it was finished. Battery came with 1 year warranty as well. It works just like before! The walk out price was $103, give or take some coin change. It was definitely much cheaper than a new phone, and everyone was incredibly nice.”
