“My husband's phone got ran over by several cars. My carrier sent us a new phone but was unable to transfer the data. After visiting 2 Verizon stores and a best buy (which referred us to ubif) we finally found someone that could transfer the data. Valerie was awesome. Her customer service was beyond all the other stores we had visited. It was the best experience we have had with any electronics establishment. She was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. She was able to temporarily fix the phone to get all of the info transfered over. Her technician in the back was very friendly and polite when I called in to check on the progress. Definitely a great experience.”

“I had a great experience at Batteries Plus. The employee was extremely helpful in assisting me with getting my key fob fixed. I was very anxious and worried about the cost, but he took the time to explain everything and helped me find the best solution. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional, but he also found me a much better price than most of the competitors and locksmiths I had contacted. His patience, honesty, and excellent customer service made the entire process stress-free. I truly appreciate all of his help and would highly recommend Batteries Plus to anyone needing assistance with a key fob or battery-related services. Thank you for going above and beyond!”
