“best choice for phone repair! super good price, really fast service, and it literally looks fresh-out-the-box absolutely perfect fix. my iPhone13(standard) was shattered and i went here and got the back glass repaired for $100 and got my phone back totally fixed in just one hour. yup, it was only $100.00 for back glass repair on a iphone13 and my phone was fixed like it was brand new within 1hr. before i went here, i had called other stores first and everywhere else was quoting me 200+tax for the fix and this place was an even $100 and it was super quick and easy process and now my phone looks the exact same as when i first bought it! 10/10 would recommend 10/10 would go again!”

“Despite having the unlucky occurance of cracking the screen on my phone, I was very lucky to have the best person to fix the problem. Calvin was extremely helpful, very patient, and understanding while assisting me. I never felt pressured or misunderstood because Calvin explained the details of my upgrade plainly and answered my questions honestly. Losing all of my memories, photos, and notes would have been devastating. Even with my cracked screen malfunctioning Calvin took his time and went above and beyond to help me successfully save and transfer everything to my new phone. While waiting the two hours for transfer I observed his peers, Greg and Davis, helping other customers. All of these guys were very professional and personable with each person they helped, myself included. By far my best experience at a Verizon store. So many thanks to all three of them.”

Although the problem couldn't be fixed (at no fault of his own) and I needed to buy a new phone, he helped me choose a phone that was in stock and on sale. “So I had received a Target gift card for Christmas and just so happened to run completely out of cat food, so I decided to venture out tonight. Note to self: never go out to shop the day after Christmas again! Everyone was flooding the store trying to make returns/exchanges and probably just looking for last minute post-holiday deals as well as using gift cards they had received. I decided to go to this location for the first time, as I was already in the area. I usually go to the Peachtree Corners location and prefer that one, as it is usually dead even post-pandemic. In any case, everything seemed well-stocked. I found the wet and dry cat food I needed without any issue. When I made it to the self-checkout area I was redirected to the end of a huge line that was wrapping around to the end of the store. So if you wanted a cashier or to self-checkout it was all just one big line. I was almost ready to give up when I saw how many people were waiting, however, I am glad I didn't because the line actually moved a lot quicker than you would think. I spent about 15 minutes total from wait to checkout time to be out of the store. That's faster than waiting in the self-checkout line at Walmart Jimmy Carter or Walmart Duluth, I know that much. Those can take a good half hour sometimes. So I can't really complain I guess lol. It was an okay location, but I'm guessing because of the complex they are in and being right off a major intersection they are still usually this busy no matter what. I would come back if I had to, it's just a little out of my way and busier than I like, but overall not bad.”
