Calvin was extremely helpful, very patient, and understanding while assisting me. I never felt pressured or misunderstood because Calvin explained the details of my upgrade plainly and answered my questions honestly. Losing all of my memories, photos, and notes would have been devastating. Even with my cracked screen malfunctioning Calvin took his time and went above and beyond to help me successfully save and transfer everything to my new phone.
