They have been very helpful to me in my rental car experience, answered all questions that I had, thorough in their inspections before I rented their vehicle and ensured that I had a vehicle that I was pleased with. “After dealing with an accident and a non-responsive adjuster this was the smoothest experience I’ve had since being in the accident. The rental process was smooth, the car that I was given was beautiful and rode very smooth. It made me want to extend the rental haha.
Christian checked me in, I can’t remember the young man’s name that checked me out but everyone’s customer service was on point. Despite everyone being occupied with customers they were quick to greet me. Darryl took me to the shop my car was at and he was so kind and personable. Thank you all so much for your help.”

“This was my first time using Budget and what a great experience! I had a confirmed reservation with Enterprise in Loganville and they had no SUVs available when I arrived for my pick up. After some dead ends with calls to other Enterprise locations, I pulled into the Budget location at 5 pm, not really optimistic about finding a vehicle suitable for my trip. ILANA was working the counter and she was amazing! Got me in a super clean, low mileage Ford Explorer and had me on the road in record time. I am now a loyal Budget customer thanks to great customer service.”

I made my reservation online and I wish Budget emailed what’s needed before actually arriving to the place. There were a couple of hiccups I encountered but was able to drive off after the hiccups were cleared.”
