“All of the employees at this location including the Branch Manager have been phenomenal to work with. They are very customer oriented, have pleasant personalities and they work with a smile. They have been very helpful to me in my rental car experience, answered all questions that I had, thorough in their inspections before I rented their vehicle and ensured that I had a vehicle that I was pleased with. Overall, impeccable customer service, phenomenal employees, clean environment and a great rental car experience.”

“I rented a Toyota Corolla for a trip to the beach. The car drove fine until we hit 60-70 miles on the hwy. The tires were vibrating and the ride was very bumpy. My son stopped and put air in the tires and it was better. Still vibrating, but not like before. I reported this to the Enterprise location we picked up from. We got several calls back from them. They said it had just been serviced, but said we could take it to any location for another vehicle. We didn't have time for all that. It only did it on the highway. When we returned they apologized and gave us a nice credit on the rental. We felt that was gracious and acceptable. The customer service was very good.”

“I had a rental car from the Doraville location for 6 weeks. The car was fine but it did smell like smoke. Sreekar was very helpful over the phone and we spoke several times because my rental car was being covered by insurance. Dihanh was awesome when I returned my car and gave me a ride to the collision center to pick up my car.”
“I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle at 9:00 AM on Sunday. From the moment I walked into the office to receiving the vehicle, it only took about five minutes. Within those five minutes, they kindly explained all the important information and policies. I returned the vehicle around 6:00 PM, dropped the key in the return box, and went home. This Monday afternoon, I received a follow-up email asking about my experience, and they were very kind through the final communication as well. It was a very satisfying experience, and I would definitely like to rent from this location again if I have the opportunity! Thank you Samuel !!!”

“After dealing with an accident and a non-responsive adjuster this was the smoothest experience I’ve had since being in the accident. The rental process was smooth, the car that I was given was beautiful and rode very smooth. It made me want to extend the rental haha.
Christian checked me in, I can’t remember the young man’s name that checked me out but everyone’s customer service was on point. They only had Diesel trucks available. I was so tired from my long flight from Denver, I told Brandon that I’d take it. Brandon had such a warm and pleasant demeanor and made me feel right at home. He had me laughing and cheered me up despite the hiccup. Midway through the convo, Brandon made a call to another Budget location and found a way to get me another rental at the same rate! “I had a good experience from pick up to drop off. The ladies were professional and enforced policy and procedure, so I kinda skeptic using this one after bad reviews. However, the process was seamless.
I made my reservation online and I wish Budget emailed what’s needed before actually arriving to the place. There were a couple of hiccups I encountered but was able to drive off after the hiccups were cleared.”
