“Karina aka Rina provided excellent, extra ordinary, supportive customer service. Rina stayed on the telephone for over an hour talking to various telephone customer representatives at T Mobile trying to get me a refund. When a telephone customer representative at T Mobile did not understand what Rina was saying, even though Rina repeated herself several times, I witnessed Rina being calm and respectful to that T Mobile telephone customer representative. In fact, Rina was that way during the whole time with other T Mobile telephone customer service representatives. In addition to that, she was so supportive of me, helping me with this horrible situation I have experienced for 3 months with T Mobile telephone customer representatives.I personally returned to the store to let Rina know that all that she had done to ensure I received the correct amount for my refund, T Mobile still sent me the wrong refund amount. I also thanked Rina and I am sending this review to thank you Rina for your support and excellent customer service in this horrible situation. Rina you are an example of good customer service and I appreciate you so much. I recommend Karina for an increase in her salary and a promotion. LaVerne A. Robinson”

“Both a lady braily i think I have her name wrong, but I'll correct it tomorrow. and the man Q help me twice. I came back because of the way they respected me and treated me and helped me. Because I have a medical issue. I'm dealing with and they took a lot off my plate. I can't say enough about these 2, and they have a special going on too. If you buy a phone, you get some free products. So please check them out near north lake mall on lavista. they give great. customer service.People like they're supposed to Another company charged me for the whole year. And I couldn't fight it, they wouldn't give my money back. They kept promising different things. Please pass along and use these people. They're most professional people I've seen in a while, and that makes a difference to get In-N-Out and go back to business or my family. Thank you guys”

“I read some of the reviews and I am surprised what has been said. All I received from this store is high satisfaction. The girls were very helpful and knowledgeable. They even helped me get a waiver on the activation fee and I was so happy. I am definitely returning to this location to replace my other phone that was stolen out of my car. Thanks Metro Pcs on Norcross Tucker Rd”

“It's the Christmas season so what can I say. Stay away during that time! Lol! There were only three cashiers and self check. The line to pay was wrapped around the corner and parking was horrendous! But on a normal day this Target is usually nice. There is plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about where things are located in the store. Everything is nice and neat and in its place for the most part. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Target has quality products and items. I would recommend most definitely.”

“Had a gaming event and needed a new controller. Northlake had one controller left of GameSir T7 and Mr Tapper was awesome enough to seriously look for that one controller for me. I totally appreciate that effort Mr Tapper. The tech helped during our event and I'll be visiting that Northlake Decatur Georgia location for now on. Great service. Awesome associates.”
