“This was my first time renting a vehicle in quite sometime. I decided to go with Enterprise since it was conveniently located nearby. When I picked my vehicle up, I was surprised to see that the I would be receiving a 2022 van instead of a newer model which was available on the lot. Nonetheless, I accepted the vehicle I was given. The vehicle was very worn out so I was a bit skeptical. I also discovered that the vehicle did not have a spare tire so I knew if I had any issues, I would have to call roadside. The
Cons of the vehicle is the fact that half way through my trip, the brakes ended up being bad, there was no wiper fluid in the reservoir. The tire pressure was low and the radio and GPS screen went out so I didn't have navigation as I was traveling through the great smoky mountains with four teenagers. I wasn't able to switch the vehicle out for another van because the destination location did not have anything large enough to accommodate my party so I
kept the vehicle and traveled only during the daylight hours. When I returned my vehicle, after speaking with the representative Rashad
He immediately asked what could he do to make things right with my previous bad experience. Rashad went above and beyond to make sure that I would be a returning customer even though my experience was not the best. My 4 star rating is specifically for the outstanding customer service I received from Rashad and how he went above and beyond to make certain that I was compensated for my troubles. He also promised not to rent that particular vehicle out to any other customers until all of these issues were addressed. Keep setting the bar high Rashad!”

“I was nervous before coming here because of all the negative reviews but I actually had a positive experience here. I reserved a car online and filled in my information. When I went to pick up the car, I was informed about all the fees, since I had to pay the young renter fee thing, and was told about the different gas options. I payed and then left with the rental. Super friendly staff too shout out to Christine! They definitely made my first rental experience a good and easy one.”

“Tyler and Jasmine were wonderful to work with. They both deserve a raise!! Despite me having self created issues (I locked the keys in the trunk) they worked with me multiple times to get me in a vehicle I would be comfortable driving and in swapping me to a new car quickly despite being such a small branch. We are living in a time where the type of service you experience hinges on the color of your skin and/or your financial status. It is sad, but nonetheless a harsh reality. While this has become a norm at many businesses, I am happy to say this was not my experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on East Ponce De Leon in Decatur, GA. From the time I walked through the door, I was treated with the upmost respect and provided exceptional customer service. Micaela, the Assistant Branch Manager was not only professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful but she was also customer focused and went out of her way to ensure that all my questions and needs were addressed.

“With a reservation this was a super quick and easy transaction. You lose a star because you charge crazy fees if one is not careful. I did not have to pay any fees, only because I asked about your fees and why I'd be charged fees, making my reservation around my schedule and your fees.”
