“I was in the Glenwood Flea market looking to make some copies (print a page). Leia from this shop offered to do it. I cringed initially at paying $1.50 per color page. I guess we can all just blame the "covid clown show" for all the price increases.
Anyways she did it no problem. Just email docs to her. Glad to support a respectable, black owned business.”
“Good customer service really does MATTER!!!! My elderly father always seems to break his little flip phone and normally when he does we go to the Metro Store right across the street from The Westend Mall. But on the last couple of times when his phone broke we went somewhere else. And if it didn’t seemed like we were getting overcharged the service rep just came off rude. This time though when he broke his phone we went back to The Metro Store across from The WestEnd Mall. Wow what a difference,….. the service Rep Taliah was so nice, courteous, and why did it seem like we got the same phone but for half the price Lol. Ms Taliah bought me up to dates on some gas savings and restaurant savings I can receive on my phone plan and I got a free Samsung Tablet for my father so he can listen to his music. Thank you so much Ms Taliah!!!! Best customer service in The WestEnd and ATL for SURE!!”

“Jimmy is amazing! I ordered a radio for my car and the wiring wasn’t compatible. Jimmy managed to figure out a way to make it work, which I’m very thankful for because it’s been difficult trying to find a replacement that actually fits where the previous radio was. I showed up without even calling assuming he would tell me I needed to order something else and to come back another time, but he made it work and had it installed in less than an hour. The price was great and he was super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and Jimmy!”

However, don't purchase an extended warranty - it's not worth it.One incident, I was back and forth with Best Buy and the TV company. I lost, and it wasn't honored.
