“I was there just after opening and bought keys, a level, thermostat etc and spent around four hundred dollars. The young man who kind of fetched all but the thermostat did not seem very cheerful about helping an old lady with a rod in her leg and three bad disks finish her list of items, but when I was in my twenties I wasn't at my best in the morning either. Recently, I purchased a dryer there and worked with an outstanding Appliance Specialist, Mr. Rupesh Soni, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and resourceful. “I placed an order, very reasonably priced product. Was notified it had shipped and would require a signature to be delivered. Jumped through all the hoops for UPS to leave it without me being at home. UPS left a sticky note saying they couldn't leave it without someone to sign. Called GA, spoke to a nice gentleman who explained that they do required signature to cover badly handled packages. He said they would reach out to UPS to help make sure my box got delivered, and it did with no further delays a couple hours later. Will order from them in the future, exceptional customer service.”

“This post is a couple of weeks overdue. I went to Home Depot on Mt Zion to pick up a 100 ft extension cord that I had found on the app. The app said there was 58 at the store but when I got there the shelf was empty. An employee by the name of Malcolm was extremely helpful in listening to my dilemma and solved the problem by finding the cords. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back to Home Depot.”

“Liona was very helpful and she assisted my mom & I with finding a stove that was on sale. She broke down how each stove could serve our particular needs in the kitchen. Our old one of 25 years gave out. It was from whirlpool but we wanted to give GE brand a try since they are known to be good, long-lasting, and reliable. We love our stove so far. Most definitely will buy from here again as long as Liona is there! ?”
