“I’ve always approached discount retailer’s with caution with concern about reliability, source of their inventory, service after the sale etc. I have to say Appliances 4 Less excelled in all these areas. I was impressed with the way I was treated from the day I walked in till after I recovered my fridge AND they came back out to diagnose a problem.
There was moisture forming on the back wall. Turns out the mfg didn’t put the main seal on one of the doors!! They showed up WITH A COMPLETE REPLACEMENT DOOR. I considered this a very high level of product knowledge and service

“Had water issues in my finished basement and Britt's worked tirelessly to help me figure out flooring that would work. Kevin Lopez was great! Experienced delays by waterproofing company that too a very long time to resolve and Britt's stored my flooring at no charge while we worked to resolve the problems. I have used Britt's for all my flooring over past 30 years and every time they have provided excellent service and product.”

“I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Never understood why people pay so much for appliances. To me a washer is a washer and a dryer is a dryer anything too high brow for standard laundry goes to the cleaners. I was in a real jam, my dyer would turn but not heat and when I fixed that issue, well it started to heat but not turn. Frustrated I googled appliances near me and got these guys and I AM SO GLAD I DID. GO a serviceable dryer with a 6 month warranty, loaded into my SUV in about 10 mins! What's even better, they took my old unit on as salvage for parts or repair. The best part? I only spent about 200 dollars, I mean you can get a decent dryer on Craigslist for that!! I may never buy a new appliance again! If you are facing a huge repair bill or need laundry units for an in-law suite or rental property, check these guys out, you will be glad you did!”

He look like he didn't understand me at first but proceed to tell me which aisle to go to and that I will find what I was looking for. Nope it wasn't it. I came across another worker Ms.Susan (Sparky) and omg she's a godsend. Not only did came with me to the aisle she continued to help me find it. It wasn't where it said it'll be, she didn't give up and looked all over until she found that it was up high! Went to grab a ladder and did her thangggg! Thank you so much for your help Ms.Sparky!”
“We originally came here to buy an open box tv that Best Buy’s website said was in stock at the Cummings location. When we got there we found out it had been moved to another store which was frustrating if it wasn’t for the help of Devin. He worked with us for over an hour to find alternatives to what we were there for. He went above and beyond to help us which we really appreciated!”
“The customer service at this location is outstanding! These guys are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. A co worker and I had just made a purchase in order to get fan blades off an old fan motor. My co worker and I were in the parking lot trying to get the fan blade off the old motor with little success. The store was closed and all the employees were leaving and about to head home on a Friday. They saw we were having trouble so what did they do.... Not 1 or 2 but the entire staff came to our aid. Thanks to the staffs help we were able to get the old fan blade off the motor. I've never seen a team so truely dedicated to helping out the customer. I can not thank you guys enough and I highly recommend that others go here to this location for your Hvac supply needs. I can not say enough good things about these guys. Thank you again.”
