“We came here 2 years ago and bought a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Two years later those appliances are still rocking right along without a single issue. Came back in today to get a dishwasher, will be back later for an upright freezer and possibly a new stove. If he doesn’t have what you are looking for let him know, he gets new merch in weekly and will actively look for what you want. Great guy, great store, great prices, great selection. I highly recommend if you are looking for high quality, technically new (considered scratch and dent, but most you can’t even find the scratch) appliances.”

“They are only getting a four star because a young lady who originally answered the phone was not as not helpful, left me on hold for ten minutes. I called back and another lady answered and took much better care of my request promptly which was simply to transfer me to a Manager. I did not face the receipt to my drill and he ask me to bring it over so they could look at it or exchange it. Thankfully, the same lady that answered the phone greeted me and a male cashier wanted up figuring out the issue and walked me through my errors! I wish I could remember all of their names but at least I could give great credit to this store!”

“I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Never understood why people pay so much for appliances. To me a washer is a washer and a dryer is a dryer anything too high brow for standard laundry goes to the cleaners. I was in a real jam, my dyer would turn but not heat and when I fixed that issue, well it started to heat but not turn. Frustrated I googled appliances near me and got these guys and I AM SO GLAD I DID. GO a serviceable dryer with a 6 month warranty, loaded into my SUV in about 10 mins! What's even better, they took my old unit on as salvage for parts or repair. The best part? I only spent about 200 dollars, I mean you can get a decent dryer on Craigslist for that!! I may never buy a new appliance again! If you are facing a huge repair bill or need laundry units for an in-law suite or rental property, check these guys out, you will be glad you did!”

“I am not normally one to give a review, however tonight I needed to give credit where it is well due. The supervisor, David - is amazing. I purchased a computer from another Best Buy location not nearby - and upon opening the box (noting this was a open-box refurbished unit), I discovered that the power supply and cable that were supposed to be included, were not in the box.I called customer service who advised me that I could attempt to return the device, or purchase a replacement cable. Either way, they were not eager to help me out.David, not only was compassionate and eager to assist me; but went above and beyond in his own words to “take care of our customers”. When he checked and did not have the manufacturer power supply on hand in his store, rather than turn me away - David sourced an aftermarket supply and cable for me; verifying that they were the correct wattage rating and compatible with the device. My hats off to you, David!Best Buy, you have the epitome of the material that an employee should be made of - you should be very proud to have David.”

The threader and cutter are giving me challenges that I know I shouldn't have to go through for a new machine. I just started sewing on my Allegro, but the threads have been breaking after so many stitches. I would love to have in person training for babyLock as there is for the Berninas. “This particular Home Depot is the closest to my home. I was there today returning a leaf blower and wanted to purchase a more powerful blower. The HD app indicated they had qty one in stock but “See Associate”. That sometimes means the inventory system says they have one but they don’t know where it is. ? The store manager, Sarah, happened to be at the Return desk and offered to help me. Sarah was absolutely delightful and engaging. She was just a joy.”
