He offered a very good discount on a higher grade model. I appreciate the gesture but have decided on a different route for my computer going forward. “I am not normally one to give a review, however tonight I needed to give credit where it is well due. The supervisor, David - is amazing. I purchased a computer from another Best Buy location not nearby - and upon opening the box (noting this was a open-box refurbished unit), I discovered that the power supply and cable that were supposed to be included, were not in the box.I called customer service who advised me that I could attempt to return the device, or purchase a replacement cable. Either way, they were not eager to help me out.David, not only was compassionate and eager to assist me; but went above and beyond in his own words to “take care of our customers”. When he checked and did not have the manufacturer power supply on hand in his store, rather than turn me away - David sourced an aftermarket supply and cable for me; verifying that they were the correct wattage rating and compatible with the device. My hats off to you, David!Best Buy, you have the epitome of the material that an employee should be made of - you should be very proud to have David.”
