“So helpful, kind and very reasonably priced! I went in to get a new grip and he had it done within minutes, it was so reasonably priced that I wanted to actually give him more money but he was so nice, he of course wouldn’t accept more. For any future racket needs I will be going to them! Thank you!!”

“John is very knowledgeable about the sport and the equipment. As far as I know, he is the only Gearbox dealer around. I demoed a paddle, found one I liked and purchased it that day. Really enjoyed working with John.”

“My husband and I went in to buy one pair of shoes and two insoles, and we came out with 4 pair of shoes, two insoles and a pair of socks. The service Ashley and Madison gave us was top notch. I was a difficult customer to fit but they were both so patient and informative. They provided me with many options and worked hard to find me a perfect fit. So much so that I left with two pairs. They knew so much about what I was looking for. I've never had such great service before in a retail establishment.”

“We had an excellent experience with Superior Play Systems from start to finish. We actually got our playset installed in under one week-just in time to surprise my five year old for his birthday! The installation was efficient, the work area was kept clean, and everything was secure and ready for use before leaving! If you’re looking for a reliable and professional team to install a playground, I would highly recommend them.”

“Hidden gem among private gyms! Not too crowded, no BSing about membership, great trainers, everyone who works or goes there are very friendly, the gym got all machines that you need. My sister and I have been taking personal training there for over a year now and we can’t be more satisfied with the service and treatment we are getting. Huge thanks to Robert who is an amazing professional, will make you work your tail off but knows what he’s doing.”

“This company has been around for several years, it was originally housed in Reformation Brewery in canton. Now they hung thier own "shingle". In the back area along the shops in the Etowah Mills. They provide the equipment to enjoy the water effect on the Etowah river. Let me just state this, this trek endured was a 14 mile slow trickle. Granted it's a beautiful way to beat the heat wave we've been having these days but with two people it was a quiet paddle. We were excited about picking up speed at certain points. But it was a long day (5 1/2 hours of making it to the end. I would recommend going with a group of people who enjoy the outdoors and with some adult libations. Just glad we checked this off the list on the different rivers we've been on.”

“About two weeks ago, I noticed something looked wrong with my kid's helmet. When I checked it more closely, the face mask clips and screws were gone. I wanted to replace them right away for safety, but they were hard to find nearby. We live in southern Georgia, so we figured a bigger city would have them and looked for used sports gear shops near Atlanta. There were a few Play It Again Sports stores, so I went to the one closest to me first. They told me they didn't carry football parts but suggested trying the Buford location instead. After calling ahead, we brought the helmet to the store. The staff was super chill, grabbed the parts, and put them on right away. I had been stressing about my son playing without them, but the employee fixed that in a minute. I wasn't sure about the four-hour drive, but it was totally worth it. I saw a lot of cool gear, so I picked up two baseballs for playing catch at home. We’re really grateful for their help, and thanks to them, my son has been doing great in his games. Thanks so much.”

“I had a great experience at Sports Connection in Buford! I stopped in at the last minute hoping to get a custom T-shirt made for my daughter for Jersey Day. The team was incredibly helpful, taking the time to walk me through design ideas and different options to make sure it turned out just right. What impressed me most was that they never once made me feel like my request was an inconvenience because of the quick turnaround. They simply told me they would let me know when it was ready and that it would be completed by 4 PM. To my surprise, I received a text an hour later saying the shirt was finished! The shirt looked great, and I really appreciated the friendly service, professionalism, and how quickly they got everything done. I'll definitely be back for future custom apparel needs!”

“I purchased an e-foil manufactured by Fliteboard from a private party. It was still under warranty and I had an issue with it right away. I called OneWake because they are a Flitebiard dealer. I spoke with Justin Luke and knew right away that I was in good hands. Justin listened to my issue and told me to hang tight while he called the factory. He put me on hold and shortly thereafter we were able to troubleshoot the condition and determine that it needed to be brought in for service. OneWake is almost 2 hours away from where I live but the whole experience, over an extended period of time, made me aware of the value of too-notch customer service and support. Justin is amazing. He worked with FliteBoard and advocated for me, helping facilitate a warranty replacement for the drivetrain. Justin kept me informed and went WAY out of his way for me throughout the whole process. This is a guy who understands what true customer service looks like. He bent over backwards for me and I cannot express how thankful I am for all he did to help. I’m back on the water again and loving the Flitebiard. Whoever hired Justin—great job, and you need to clone him. Give the guy a raise. He’s an incredible ambassador for the OneWake brand.”

“Here to leave a 5-star review for online purchase of Tennis Grips for pickleball use. Throughout the interaction, Howie was very forthcoming and genuine about helping me find the best items for my needs. Good explanation on the various types of grips and which ones would fit the climate of my area and my preferences. Howie was also very enthusiastic and helpful over the phone, which led me to decide to make the purchase. I appreciate the honesty and looking out for my best interests, instead of pushing more product to drive sales. Will purchase from here again with confidence!”
