Either way I made my way to the store and was Beyond satisfied with my experience from the manager and another employee who was new. They were friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating! They made sure I had everything I needed for a wedding next week. And that experience alone changed my perspective of the company and the minor issue with the phone. “My sister and I are invited to an Indian wedding and stopped in here to look around. We are not Indian and were nervous about finding appropriate clothes. The ladies at Mumtaz were so helpful, patient, and friendly! They spent as much time as we needed and we ended up with all of the clothes we need for the wedding. One skirt needed to be hemmed, and they did it quickly and quite inexpensively. We were so thankful for the entire experience. Thank you!!”
“Grace and Peace! My first experience at the Men's Shop was a lasting, unforgettable one. I was 'window shopping' and passing time when I spotted the shop. I walked in and was completely mesmerized by the merchandise. I was greeted and allowed to free lance. I spotted one suit, bought it, and had alterations made. Then, upon returning to pick that suit up, I saw yet another one....and I had to get it too! Alterations were needed for the jacket and pants. So....I just had to get some shoes, too! Might as well go all out if you are going! To say the least, it was all last-minute purchasing, and I was going back to Washington, D.C. the next afternoon. The manager assured me that I would get my clothes BEFORE I headed home to D.C. He ended up having his son bring my items to my church, and I was able to take everything home. AND THE ALTERATIONS WERE TAILORED TO ME!!!!! I LOVE IT! I will be back to get more clothes as I come home to Atlanta, GA twice a month. This is another spot that I am honored to have come across!”
“We had an incredible experience here! As soon as we walked in Luis and Ash were ready to help us, no waiting around (they immediately recognized us from the last time we came). We were in a total tuxedo emergency for the groom himself, and the team came through big time. Amir and Francisco helped a lot with second options for color/size with shirts as well! They found a tux that looked great, fit within our budget, and most importantly, fit the groom comfortably especially with his big ol' gut. We were out the door just in time for the wedding. Huge thanks to the whole team it saved us big time!!! Highly recommend!!!”

I asked him where he purchased the suit and he shared that he acquired them at Prestige. My wife and I went to the store and immediately fell in love with the selection, quality, and prices. “The staff is AMAZING!! Kieran especially! I can not express how greatful I am for how kind and helpful they were. See I went to grab some things for Easter and Birthdays, Kieran helped in every facet by grabbing things of the top shelf's, pulling high hanging clothes and holding all the items at the desk so I didn't have to carry it all around the store, and did so with a smile. Then it happened, learning that HT canceled all their credit cards. I had several hundred dollars worth of items that I spent the last 90mins gathering, with the expectation I would be using my HT card.. welp no. Kieran handed the situation very professionally, even with a smile. Helped me figure out what happened, and didn't bat an eye at putting the items back.”

“My experience here was great. Michael was very helpful looking for my dad the right suit for my wedding day. As soon as we get to the register, this lady name Uniqah was VERY RUDE! My mother asked her what was wrong with her because she was having an attitude the whole time & she said “I’m tired”. Honestly you cant say stuff like that to a customer. Very rude & unprofessional for business. So we spoke to the manager about it, her name is Ebony. Very understandable & sweet!! I would go to Ebony & Michael for any help. They were very helpful!”
“This was my first visit, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The young ladies were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to explain the entire process and answered all of my questions with patience. Even when they had to decline certain items, they did so with the utmost professionalism and respect. Truly a top-notch experience from start to finish!”

“Gwinnett Place Macy's was easy access, plenty of free parking. Not very many people downstairs, but the cologne section was very busy. Employees very friendly and helpful and even corrected a price error for me.”
“I’m not a fan of clothes shopping; however when it comes to Kohls? I can spend 3 hours in there. I don’t know what I’d do without Kohls; they have everything I can possibly need in life clothes wise; from underwear to dressy casual to athletic clothing. Full shoe dept. Kitchen & electronics; bath and bedding; (like a mini BB& B in a sense) jewelry…purses; perfumes; some locations have ULTA inside. I encourage ALL to please shop @ their local Kohls & let’s make sure we keep this dept. store open; we NEED Kohls… Men/women/ teen/ kid/ toddler/newborn…they have it all honestly…in this age with all of the on line shopping and all of our dept stores closing one by one, i love knowing o have the option to go on try on clothes (ordering and sending things back if it doesn’t fit? Leads me to say that Kohls is also an Amazon drop off location to return packages) Highly recommend downloading Kohls app; they always have a minimum of 10-20% off happening it seems (Google if you don’t see it on their homepage) Nike & Columbia & Adidas etc.. sometimes don’t apply; but they carry it all. Last tip? If you are looking for affordable Kids Bday gifts; Kohls ALWAYS carries Books and stuffed animals for $5 (charity) near register; they have so many to choose from! ♥️”
“Update, still the same experience with this one particular associate. No acknowledgment from this saleswoman. I’m honestly starting to think she doesn’t like her OWN race and it’s sad. I really like this store, but I don’t see myself returning to this location, due to this experience for the third time alone.
Caught a great deal on a dress shirt($1.97)?? Salesman, Scott was very helpful and provided professional tips and excellent customer service for my son! Went back the next day and Saleswoman, Jamie was a great help to my brother as well for our upcoming family event. She also provided excellent customer service. The only downside of both visits was one particular saleswoman (possibly the manager?) didn’t acknowledge us or greet us at all. I thought it was just me on the first visit, HOWEVER, my mom made the same statement to me on the second visit. It doesn’t cost anything to acknowledge or smile back at your customers. After all, after my first visit, I recommended two other family members to shop with the store as well for our family event.?”

I'm a plastic surgeon and I speak at medical meetings around the world, and I always go to Carlo to get my new suits or my existing suits adjusted when needed. I even take my white doctor's coat in to him for adjustments, as well as my button down shirts and pants. Everything fits amazing. It's like wearing custom clothing. Prices are reasonable, and the work is impeccable. Carlo is recommended without reservation. I'm not one to leave glowing reviews of things on google maps, but I will make an exception in this case. A true "find" in the world of personal services. Glad I discovered Carlo.”
