“I always go here for my designated spot for dropping off packages with the Clip 'n Ship service. It's always quick and easy here, and they're super accommodating and helpful. Just one scan from my phone, they print it out the shipping label and put it on my package, then they hand over the tracking number. Easy. The ones closer to my house tend to be incredibly inefficient, forcing the customers to buy boxing tape if the customer doesn't have tape to mask over their shipping label and then forcing them to go to the back of the line again. However, I've never had that issue here. Definitely recommend this one.”

“After not being able to get my fingerprint done at the Centerville USPS location because the workers there were too lazy to do it . I went to this location and Trina was so amazing ! She was so polite , efficient and had such a nice warm spirit ! I appreciate her and her amazing customer service so much. “I didn’t catch her name, but the mailwoman doing the route in my neighborhood accidentally delivered my package to the house next door to me. I was terrified when I didn’t see a package on my front porch, and I (like a lunatic) went to go see if the mail truck had left my neighborhood yet.

Thankfully, she hadn’t left, and she was super kind and thoughtful. She suggested she might’ve accidentally dropped it off at the house beside mine and offered to go back to get it for me. She went back indeed immediately and got the package from my neighbor for me. I’m so grateful for her kindness, and I hope great things happen for her.

2024: Recently I had an issue with missing packages in our neighborhood cluster box. Ms. Shirley reached back with me very quickly within the same day via both phone call and email and she explained where it had gone - it turns out it was my error, and the packages had actually arrived, just in a different box with the according key provided. I was totally ignorant of how cluster boxes operated. I appreciate her prompt help and graciousness with help locating my items.

Another time an overseas package was misplaced, and one of the front desk clerks (her name escapes me, but she's always extremely helpful and usually there) went above and beyond trying to locate it. A month later, it turned up and she immediately reached back out to me. It's this location too that I believe had one of their delivery drivers immediately drop what they were doing to track down a package they accidentally dropped off to a different house 10 minutes before.

I'm very happy to have this as my designated postal service location - they're great folks with good memory and really do work hard.”

“I see a lot of negative reviews for this location. People needs to understand "Carrier Annex" is a neither a full service post office nor an extension, rather a sorting and distribution location for the main postal office of the delivery zone.

This location provides mail pick-up service with a limited number of parking spaces. I was able to pick-up my mails a few times from this location without any issues. There was no one to help sometimes and the people on the phone were neither friendly nor helpful. The people on the phone needs customer service coaching!”

“The low rating this place has is surprising. I've been using this particular location for a while and the staff has always been professional and courteous. It was not a long wait, and accomplishing what I needed to there took even less time. It's a clean facility and a great place to get your mailing needs fulfilled. What more can I say?”

Ms Teresa is sincere, kind and knowledgeable. She is a true trooper who demonstrates great customer service skills and a kindred spirit. She always has a great smile on her face, and is wonderful to work with. She tries to help everyone the best she could. We can’t thank her enough and we are so grateful to her for finding our package. She personally called us to inform us when the package was located. She is the best !”

We had the appointment at 10:30 , we arrived at 10:05 and other lady (with glasses and white hair) take us to attend then when we said it’s for passport she asked for the time , then she said yo need wait Sir , she is attending other appointments, we move out of the line and she said SIR YOU NEED GO OUTSIDE IN THE LOBBY SHE CALL YOU WHEN SHE FINISH! She was to rude
