“Live up to the name. Hometown, good ol boys. Diagnosed my car, filled the tire with air, and literally didn't charge me a penny. They let my boyfriend do a payment plan on about $400 worth of work bc he was recommended by a close friend. I'm not saying they'll do the same for you, they did all of this out of kindness. But I highly recommend these men. Like taking your car to a neighbor.. Very pleased!!!!”
“Josh & Steven will get you worked in as soon as time allows. Stopped by and asked Josh to listen to car as it was making odd sound when accelerating. He drove it and identified that it was the converter that has just been replaced weeks earlier and recommended returning to mechanic who did the work instead of attempting to get work for himself. “Twice this week my car would not start due to a dead battery. I had purchases the battery in March of this year with a 36 month warranty. When I was able to jump it off and return to the store, they tested and said the battery was ok - maybe something was drawing down the power. So, I called two Ford dealerships and was told by both locations it would be 3 weeks before I could get a service appointment. I then called Shottenkirk, spoke to John in their service department, and found someone willing to assist me that day. He encouraged me to bring the car in and they would do their best to look into the problem and get it back to me by Friday - two days before Christmas. I drove the car to Jasper within the hour and was assisted by Rocky, another service rep. He also was very accommodating and said he would call once a diagnosis was determined. He called me today and advised it was a defective battery. They tested it and found it would not hold a charge. All the assistance they gave me as a first time customer was free - no charge for anything. ABSOLUTELY the best Customer Service I have received at a dealership EVER. I highly recommend their dealership service department.”
