“Had a 'Service Tire Monitor System' msg showing up on my Traverse. Roland id'd that 3 of the 4 sensors were bad, not an inexpensive cost to fix. Said I could get by w/o fixing them, as the monitor system was not something that would leave me stranded on the side of the road. Opted to have the sensors replaced, just to have everything working properly on the car. They had the work done in a short amount of time, and I was on my way.”
“I cannot recommend this shop ENOUGH!! As a 22 year old girl, I know nothing about cars and I have been taken advantage of many times by different mechanics. Ball Ground Tire & Auto is NOT one of those places. They have integrity and their service is timely and efficient. Not to mention the customer service as well is outstanding. I will never go anywhere else, for even something as simple as an oil change. This is a place you can trust. The general manager Brian runs a great business and he looks out for his customers. “I came in because I had a screw in my tire I was also having a battery issue early that day that I thought I had solved but I in fact had not, the techs repaired my tire and when they were finished my car did not start back up with all of our heads put together we had figured out that it was the cable that was damaged and they rigged my cable up to help me get home which was 90 miles away. All free of charge might I add. I thank everyone that works there!”

“We called just to see if they had an adapter, they did. And when they saw us pull up, had the part waiting on the counter.To be fair, we called about a 7-slot to 4 plug adapter for a sub to uhaul trailer, so he did have a hint it was us. But he was still on top of things.Friendly people as well.”
“Just pick my Jeep up after having all new gears and locker installed in the rear end and new bushings in the lift kit, basically fixing a bunch of defects from the last shop that worked on it. So far, so good, staff is friendly ,answered questions. Would recommend”

“Great Service Geoff was amazing! I ordered my transmission on Nov 19,2020 he assured me that it would be here on November 20th and it was. Geoff was very professional, helpful and assisted me during the whole process. He even shared that if I tried to call and he didn’t answer he was probably on break and that he’d call me back when he came back. Geoff was a man of his words he made this process so much more comfortable and easier don’t hesitate to place and order with this company they are legit!”
