Hands down the best Verizon experience I’ve ever had. He spent the good part of a hour cleaning up my phone and making sure I had no more questions and he also educated me on how to avoid the problems I was dealing with on my phone. “Denzel was an amazing representative! I had upgraded my plan and a couple of phones on my account through the Verizon chat feature. In the end, those changes weren't what I truly wanted or even needed. As we went through each line, Denzel asked questions about the changes I'd made, walked me through all the differences, and even let me know about a couple of discounts that I was missing on my account. He was truly patient, asked thoughtful questions about my plans and phones, and talked me through all my options. In the end, with all the upgrades and new phones, my overall bill ended up lower than what I was paying before. If I ever go into a Verizon store again, it will definitely be this one! “I was out of town I broke my phone couldn't open it went to AT&T there's nothing they can do then I called One Stop Wireless not only did they fix the old phone to where they could transfer the information they were very helpful explaining how to get everything done they did this at reasonable rates and the guy named Nick these guys gave me such relief because everything was stored in my phone”

“I’m away on vacation and am in Savannah. We were having trouble porting out our daughter’s line from T-Mobile to Verizon, so much so that I had to go into a local store show my ID, etc. etc. I was fortunate enough to be serviced by Brianna. She was so patient and spent at least 30 minutes with me trying to help with the situation. Her coworker Marquis was also very helpful. There was no sale for these folks, but you wouldn’t know that by the way they took the time, we’re patient and extremely friendly. This is a great store staffed by some great people.”

“The top part of the screen on my phone had stopped working. The staff listened to all the information I gave them and verified that they were able to recreate the issue. They had said it would take about 2 hours to repair, but had it ready in less than an hour. Courteous and professional, as well as being very reasonably priced. Would absolutely recommend them for all you electronics repairs.”
